Excellent cured meats, veal with tuna sauce, flan, vegetable tart, polenta with mushrooms, marinated Piedmontese beef with celery and hazelnut hearts, anchovies in salsa verde, anchovies in pepper cream, fresh tomino cheeses with sauces, speck parcel with warm tomino cheese inside, swordfish carpaccio, peppers in bagna cauda, ​​delicious loose-leaf dolcetto, bunnet, and creamy sorbet. Everything was beautifully presented, with top-quality ingredients. We're from Genoa and will definitely be back.
