10/11/2025: At the OK Bar in Castelletto Ticino, you can find excellent breakfasts in the morning, delicious coffee, and a nice roaster that also sells excellent coffee. The cakes are also very good. Lake Maggiore is just a few steps away.
24/10/2025: At Ok Bar, you truly feel at home. A refined and welcoming establishment, run by extraordinary people who combine professionalism and warmth. You don't come here just for a coffee—which, incidentally, is excellent and hand-roasted on-site—but to indulge in a moment of true relaxation. It's the ideal place for a leisurely break, a chat with friends, and that pleasant sense of familiarity that only Ok can offer.

28/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of friends, and found it to be a friendly, family-friendly place. The food was excellent and of high quality. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.
28/12/2025: We were there for my mother's birthday, we had a great time! We were welcomed with friendship! The owner is extremely friendly and respectful of the customers! Very cheerful place where fried dumplings reign supreme! 😁 Clean and hygienically perfect place! Clean and functional bathrooms! Very good food! Fried dumplings! Cured meats served on cutting boards! Very good and unique first courses on request! Drinks of all kinds and at will! I read in reviews previous to mine that people complain about the lack of cutlery! ... and a hot table... very strange... however, there is an organ in us called "TONGUES!" We speak! and the cutlery will surely arrive! As long as they are not already there! Very large and free parking outside the place! For those who want to have fun and at the same time relax, escape from the day gone by, this is just the right place! Very good and plentiful aperitifs like those in the restaurant! I will definitely be back! We had a great time! A special compliment to the staff! Very executive and available to the customer!

I remembered more rooms, more music, and more movement...
It felt more like a pub than a nightclub.
It was so empty that as soon as we raised our voices a little, the bouncer would come and ask us to lower our voices.
But the strangest thing... 20 minutes before closing, I went to ask for a drink... they didn't serve it to me because they'd run out of ice 🙈
I'm saying that I'm happy even with drinks without ice and with a half-full glass... they didn't serve it to me! And it wasn't for alcohol reasons or anything else, because they tried to sell me a shot.
Can I say? Not a very smart thing... with a half-empty place, I'd sell the air in my glasses!
Sorry, I remembered it differently.

31/12/2025: A terrible experience due to the owner's behavior. A truly unpleasant person, she attacked us as we left because we had entered the wrong door and accidentally ended up on the outside porch.
She started knocking compulsively from the window, then came out and told us in a truly rude and bitter tone: "They tell me you're not supposed to stay here!"
Once we left, she waved mockingly, given her mocking smile.
Not to mention the pizza and its mediocre mozzarella and the fries that came with it, fried in oil that had seen at least ten other fryings.
Sincerely, never again.
For us, it was the first and last time.
The lady should learn how to deal with customers, given the many other negative reviews about her.

10/12/2025: Beautiful, expanding campsite near the lake. We stopped by to view it before going on holiday. The staff were friendly and dogs are allowed.
19/10/2025: Our recent stay at this campsite left us with mixed impressions. The location right on the lake was undeniably the highlight, offering beautiful views and easy access to the water—a perfect spot for relaxing by the shore.
However, the surrounding area wasn't ideal, as there wasn't much of interest nearby.
Unfortunately, the facilities felt tired and in my opinion are in need of an upgrade. On a positive note for families, the football pitch and the playground were excellent and proved very popular with our children.
A major inconvenience arose at check-in: we were never reminded by the staff that we needed to pre-order sheets. Discovering this late was frustrating and something that could easily be avoided with a simple heads-up upon arrival.
Finally, we felt the price point was quite expensive for what was offered, especially when comparing it to a higher-quality site we previously enjoyed at Lake Garda.

27/12/2025: Unfortunately, in the last year the quality of the food, the organization and the service have drastically declined, which is a shame because I felt at home, I have been a customer for almost 10 years, unfortunately I am re-evaluating and it is a shame.
26/12/2025: At this eatery you are served well and with tasty food. Choices include very passable Italian and Chinese, at a very low price point. Would definitely recommend for a hearty lunch.

07/01/2026: We often come to Castelletto Ticino, taking advantage of a visit to the shopping center, and never fail to stop for lunch or a coffee at this place. It's perhaps the nicest place I know in our area, near Lake Maggiore. We had lunch here again today. The space is spacious and bright, relaxing and soothing thanks to the tasteful decor and the abundance of plants. They offer excellent ready-made dishes, a variety of drinks, and a lovely selection of desserts. The staff at the counter are very kind, professional, and friendly. We've always had a great experience and will definitely be back. See you next time!
31/12/2025: Terrible. We ordered four piadinas: two with cooked ham and two with raw ham. They also served the ones with raw ham... cooked. Yes, you read that right: the raw ham was no longer raw.
We pointed this out to the guy (I think he was the owner's son), who immediately walked away, ran away, saying he wasn't the one making the piadinas. Shortly afterward, a lady who works there arrived and apparently made them herself. Her "brilliant" response was: "This is how we make piadinas with raw ham." In Italy, evidently, some people still don't know that raw ham shouldn't be reheated. It's raw.
Obviously, no one did anything to fix it. The piadinas with cooked ham were of terrible quality, and even though they told us there was mozzarella, what they served wasn't mozzarella.
This place was beautiful years ago: the food was good and it was even organic. Today, it's truly disgusting. The staff, and that guy in particular, were terrible.

18/06/2025: Appena ci è possibile partiamo da Milano per tornare in questo ottimo locale. Così abbiamo fatto ieri sera: Gli ingredienti sono accuratamente selezionati, l'accoglienza è sempre splendida, il luogo è estremamente pulito, con cucina a vista. La cura del Cliente, la passione per il "Gusto" e il fatto che ogni ingrediente sia altamente selezionato, rende questo posto decisamente Speciale.
15/06/2025: Scoperto un annetto fa per caso, è diventato uno dei nostri posti preferiti.
Cibo di ottima qualità, ingredienti del territorio, prodotti artigianali.
Attenti all esigenze del cliente, intolleranze, alternative vegane.
Ottime pizze con ingredienti di grande qualità.
Settimana scorsa abbiamo provato la pizza con il nuovo impasto proteico, leggerissima.
Consiglio anche la cucina, periodicamente ci sono modifiche nei menu in base anche alla stagione. Dolci fatti in casa, il sorbetto al mandarino il mio preferito in questa stagione.
Prezzi super onesti considerando la qualità degli ingredienti.
Uno di quei posti in cui vado sicura, sapendo di mangiare bene, posto pulitissimo, sempre puntuali e cortesi. Come se mangiassimo a casa.

24/02/2025: Oggi ci siamo fermati qui per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Che dire. Cibo eccezionale. Servizio impeccabile. Massimiliano non solo è attento e cortese. Abbiamo assistito ad una scena da vero di maleducazione da parte di una cliente e ho apprezzato il modo in cui lui è rimasto in silenzio, cortese e per nulla infastidito (e vi assicuro che ne avrebbe avuto ragione). Vino eccellente, prezzi ottimi.. assolutamente raccomandato
17/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena una sera di sabato con degli amici. Abbiamo mangiato un primo e un fritto misto a testa. Allora i primi erano veramente poca cosa, ma il fritto misto era veramente non buono. Gommoso, scuro e unto. Quasi immangiabile. Ad un certo punto della cena, i proprietari hanno alzato il volume della musica per farci capire che era ora di andare, in quanto iniziava l'ora dei "giovani" e che dovevamo lasciare il tavolo, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Non ci torneremo di sicuro.
