18/10/2025: - Excellent food and fair prices - Extremely slow service (55 minutes), the à la carte menu needs to be better managed, otherwise one person will eat and the other won't. Napkins, etc., were missing.

29/10/2025: To forget It's perhaps the worst dining experience of my life. The atmosphere is completely out of step with the historical context of the building and the area in which it's located. All the walls are white and lit by false frames that are more suited to a nightclub than a historic trattoria. Even the chairs (without cushions) are white, as are the tablecloths...everything gives the impression of a hospital rather than a restaurant...anyway, a matter of taste. But now comes the best part. I ordered a rump, expecting something tender and tasty, but instead I was served a piece of dried meat that would have taken a saw to cut. You can imagine how I felt putting that morsel in my mouth...I left everything else behind. I asked for the bill and the waitress told me she'd give it to me at reception...There, the chef arrived, all sulky, with my plate in his hand and all the meat sliced, declaring that it was cooked perfectly and that the dish couldn't have been any other way. It's a shame he didn't try it...but that's how things go....I paid and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

20/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Saluzzo. Traditional Piedmontese dishes served with professionalism and friendliness by the owner. Highly recommended.

10/09/2025: On Monday, September 8th, I had lunch at Trattoria Due Cavalli and it was a truly positive experience. Kudos to the chefs: I spotted them on the way out, two young men who truly deserve a round of applause! The agnolotti sauce was fantastic, the creamy filling on the tarts was mouth-watering, and the roast was a real treat. Authentic dishes, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. Well done, guys, keep it up!

19/10/2025: The pizza is neither good nor bad, thin and lightly topped, but edible. The price is in line with the product. The place is small but charming, with just the right amount of friendly service, though not overly welcoming.

02/11/2025: We had lunch with some colleagues. A truly wide selection of dishes, and good value for money. Especially for those who work, the service is quick. The bathroom (4-star attention!) could have been a little better equipped, which would have made it a 5-star overall.

23/09/2025: Definitely one of the best kebabs in the area. They also have a wide selection of pizzas (including Turkish). Very friendly staff.

16/08/2025: Ferragosto 2025 We decided to try it after hearing good reviews about the food. We arrived around 12:15, took a seat, and so far, everything was fine. 4 decent but invisible appetizers 1 decent first course, but very limited in quantity. 1 good-quality second course with pork 1 truly awful fish second course. The main problem was the complete lack of a children's menu, so they basically ate a few starters and a little roast pork. The service was subpar, as there was no logic in the way the tables were served. We felt lost. After almost 5 hours, at 5:00 PM, we finished our Ferragosto holiday. The bill was VERY SALT: 40 euros for adults and 20 euros for children, who barely touched any food. I'm sorry, but I won't be back again!!!!

16/07/2025: Everything was perfect... Impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic organization. Communication with the owner and manager was priceless... With both of them, it was like talking to a friend who provides impeccable service. We even overcame the unexpected weather with results that exceeded all expectations (strong winds that lifted the umbrellas and a storm that thankfully only lasted 15 minutes). I couldn't have asked for more. Heartfelt thanks to Max, Fabio, and the entire dining room and kitchen team.

31/08/2025: I went to this bar on Friday morning and had breakfast with a croissant and a coffee. If I had to make a short list: - The place isn't too big and is a bit vintage. It could use a few minor changes, like brightening it up a bit, but overall it's fine. - Regular service: Since there were a few people ahead of me, both at the counter and at tables, they served me within 5 minutes. - Coffee: It was hot, and they made me a Lavazza, which is one of my favorites. - Croissaint: I had the chocolate one, and it was good and fresh. - Bathroom: I used the bathroom and found it clean. - Prices: Average - Staff: Friendly - Pastries: I'm not a big fan of sweets, but if you like them, you'll find something you'll like. Positive experience, I recommend!

20/07/2025: It took me 30 minutes to order, I asked what was left, made my choice, then waited another 10 minutes until they told me they'd run out of the items I'd ordered. We left, which was a shame because I saw some beautiful, and I imagine delicious, croissants passing by.
