14/02/2026: We must not forget that Saluzzo is a small medieval town with a great history to tell. A history that also permeates its surroundings, places that speak of a bygone era and have the dimensions of that era. This pizzeria, with its spring-like name, perfectly represents this type of place from the past. In ancient times, it was certainly an inn just steps from Saluzzo Castle, and even today you can find it just outside the center. As for the pizza and other culinary offerings, I think I can safely say that they are excellent. Above all, they have their own personality. I've tasted a pizza and I can say it's "this place's pizza." And it's good.

23/01/2026: Excellent trattoria, we happened to be there today. We went in and enjoyed an excellent cheese first course 🧀, an excellent second course of cold cuts, and a stew with green beans. Excellent house wine 🍷.
17/01/2026: Typical Piedmontese food, all delicious, especially the cauliflower tart with parmesan cream and the Varaita Valley ravioli. Trattoria-style atmosphere, friendly and prompt service. Reasonable prices.

12/03/2026: A pleasant surprise... Good food, friendly and efficient service. A nice place, in my opinion, perhaps in need of a little renovation. The lady at the bar was very kind and smiling.

01/02/2026: We ate here today with family, and we had a wonderful time. The waiters were polite, the staff very helpful, the owners very kind, and the atmosphere very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant. The dishes included in the all-you-can-eat menu are all beautiful to look at and delicious to taste, with large but not overwhelming portions. We'll definitely be back!

06/01/2026: On the menu there were two types of hot chocolate with cream, one they said was thicker than the other, so I chose the thick one. Unfortunately, it was runny, like cocoa melted in milk, and let's not even talk about cream... The spray-on kind that melts in an instant...

04/01/2026: The restaurant has retained its charm over the years, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The food is average. There's also a basement with tables and chairs.

27/02/2026: The ambiance is charming and very distinctive thanks to the architecture and decor. There's a wide selection of sweet and savory crepes, and some unusual but delicious combinations.
The owner is very kind and friendly, helping to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Highly recommended.
14/02/2026: This place was recently recommended to me for their crepes, and I have to say they are HUGE and very good (the price is reasonable given the size and the combinations). There was a small hiccup, but the very friendly service resolved the situation perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves this specialty.
I'll be back to try other crepe flavors to see if I can give it a fifth star. As I said, it's highly recommended for crepe lovers.

26/12/2025: The bar is really nice, with a great location and super friendly owners: they definitely deserve five stars! Most of the staff are also very helpful.
Unfortunately, today we had problems with one waitress in particular: she saw us several times without coming to take our order, something that has happened before, resulting in a long wait. For her service, I'd give her zero stars. Fortunately, another very friendly waiter served us attentively and willingly: five stars to him!
I'm sorry to point this out, because the place truly deserves it, but it would be helpful if all the staff were as attentive as the others. Overall, it remains one of the best bars in the city and I definitely recommend it.

21/12/2025: Trattoria since 1910, the place reminds us of the country bowling alleys, the food is truly peasant cuisine, in the dining room the owner is very kind and attentive to every need, like taking a dip in the grandparents' house when we were children.

23/09/2025: Definitely one of the best kebabs in the area. They also have a wide selection of pizzas (including Turkish). Very friendly staff.

16/07/2025: Everything was perfect... Impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic organization. Communication with the owner and manager was priceless... With both of them, it was like talking to a friend who provides impeccable service. We even overcame the unexpected weather with results that exceeded all expectations (strong winds that lifted the umbrellas and a storm that thankfully only lasted 15 minutes). I couldn't have asked for more. Heartfelt thanks to Max, Fabio, and the entire dining room and kitchen team.

I would advise the management to select their staff more carefully.
Politeness comes first, and customer service is key, especially when the place is half-empty.
The girl who takes selfies from the register and the counter, oblivious to the fact that customers are seeing her...is truly unprofessional, to say the least.
I'm sorry, but based on my experience, I really don't recommend it.
23/01/2026: Burnt coffee! They need to learn how to wash the machine that makes it! Too expensive for the quality they offer! They don't pay attention to their customers!

21/07/2025: Senza infamia e senza lode....bella la location, ma un pochino trascurata: i vasi laterali al decorazioni anziché contenere fiori avevano erbaccia incolta che arrivava al nostro tavolo, servizio non sempre puntuale.
12/05/2025: Situata di fronte alla casa di Silvio Pellico, dispone di spaziose sale interne e di ampio dehor.
Cucina casalinga semplice ma appagante, servizio informale e gentile, costi contenuti.
Unico neo, il caffè dí pessima qualità.
Consigliato.
