09/02/2024: This Christmas lunch was a little different from what you expect, it's no coincidence that I was here with my parents. I had a good time, especially with the dining room staff who were helpful and friendly! The menu: • Starters: sweet semolina and local salami, ham and cheese crepes, puff pastry timbale with porcini mushrooms and fondue, Langhe-style raw meat and boiled meat salad with vegetables; • First courses: potato gnocchi with diced king prawns, cream and turmeric, tagliatelle with Langhe ragù and bra sausage; • Second courses: pork stew with white wine and vegetables, roast Fassona with hazelnuts and side dishes; • Desserts: Christmas log, orange semifreddo, fresh and dried fruit.
