04/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant and were really very happy. Excellent quality food with local raw materials which made us have a splendid dinner. From the typical Piedmontese appetizers including vitello tonnato and carpaccio of carne salada with black truffle and guanciotto to the truly exceptional wine. Courteous and attentive service. Prices a little high but you pay for the quality.
