02/02/2025: Gita di coppia nel magnifico territorio di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato. Per il pranzo scegliamo La Cantina, ecco la mia recensione. LOCATION 6: E' il voto più basso della recensione. Il locale è carino, pulito, ma purtroppo un po piccolino ed i tavoli sono molto vicini l'uno all'altro così che l'atmosfera non risulta essere particolarmente romantica. Anche la vista, dall'interno della sala non riesce a regalare nulla dello splendido territorio che ci circonda. SERVIZIO 8: A partire dal titolare fino alle ragazze che si sono avvicendate al nostro tavolo, tutti sono stati estremamente gentili e premurosi e ci hanno regalato un ottimo servizio e molti sorrisi. Bravi. MENU' 8: Quello che abbiamo ordinato, partendo dal vitello tonnato, e passando per i primi (Vesuviane e Tajarin al ragù) sono risultati deliziosi. Menzione d'onore per la torta delle Langhe, semplicemente strepitosa. Ottimo il vino scelto, un Roero Arnais, così come il Barolo Chinato che ha accompagnato il dolce. CONTO 7: In linea con quello che è stato ordinato. Concludendo ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il voto avrebbe potuto essere un po più alto se avessi trovato due piatti che amo particolarmente e che sono dei must in zona: una battuta di fassona ed i ravioli piemontesi ai tre arrosti. Peccato....sarà per la prossima.

03/03/2025: Good food and varied menu. The service is friendly and professional. The food is served a bit too fast. And when the restaurant is full it gets loud and hectic. Not a place for a romantic or relaxing dinner. But overall good value for the money.

25/02/2025: I'm happy to have followed the advice of friends to try this restaurant during my weekend in the Langhe. Friendly and attentive staff who pay attention to detail. Excellent food, we tried the "Fassona tartare with porcini mushrooms, Agnolotti del Plin with butter and sage and cheese tasting all accompanied by a bottle of Barolo... all excellent!!! After two days in the area with lots of food and wine tasting we had decided not to take dessert but in the end we were offered a plate of small homemade pastries which we couldn't resist. The bill was more than fair. We can't wait to return to try other specialties of the winemaker's tavern".

15/01/2025: Location 9.5 - Such a beautiful, elegant and well-kept terrace with such a view of the Langhe is difficult to find. Sitting here is a joy for the soul. Minimal mise en place, perfect for the place. Menu 10 - Tasting menu at a very fair price for a true journey into the modern cuisine of the Langhe. Selection of refined cheeses, one better than the other. A delightful and delicate treasure chest of onions, not at all heavy. Certainly among the best plin tried in the area and finally a braised meat that didn't need a knife to be savored. Service 9 - High level restaurant service, always present and very fast in service despite the many people sitting around us. Also very careful about intolerances and allergies. Bill 10 - The value for money, especially as already mentioned for the tasting menu, make it one of the best restaurants in the area. Chapeau

01/01/2025: Abbiamo iniziato il nuovo anno pranzando in questo bellissimo posto aperto anche il primo gennaio, la struttura è davvero in una location molto bella e ben curata. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, lo stinco con soia e finocchi era veramente ottimo. Menzione speciale per il bonnet ed il vitello tonnato, dei classici cucinati in modo eccellente. La filosofia del locale è valorizzare la materia prima e lo fanno benissimo. Il proprietario ci ha accolti e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Torneremo presto!

02/02/2025: Ottima esperienza, siamo arrivati alle 12 senza prenotazione e ci hanno trovato subito un posticino. Abbiamo preso 1 risotto che era poesia, tajerin al ragù che mia figlia di 6 anni ha molto apprezzato e 1 tagliata con verdure di stagione. Ottimo il pane/ focaccia e grissini. Pranzo veloce ma soddisfacente.

06/10/2024: Siamo andati con il camper ,( non abbiamo potuto telefonare , cellulare staccato dal proprietario ) arrivati ci chiede avete prenotato ( certo con le nuvole ) , diamo arrivati alle 14.00 , il villico ci dice questa piazzola è occupata, si libereranno 2 piazzole alle 18,00 , andate in giro e ritornate alle 18,00 ,gli dico in giro con il camper ? Si certo è allora ? Non posso fermarmi qui in questo piazzale ( vuoto ) e alle 18.00 ritorno , NO ANDATE IN GIRO E RITORNATE ALLE 18.00 !! SI CERTO MI RACCOMANDO MI ASPETTI ! STA ANCORA ASPETTANDO IL VILLICO !! POSTACCIO DA DIMENTICARE CAMPIONE DI MALEDUCAZIONE !!

11/08/2024: Quiet environment with a view of the pond, delicious and carefully prepared food by chef Daniele and friendly and attentive service from Tatiana, attentive to our every request. A nice discovery for a special evening for us. We will be back! Well done guys

01/12/2024: Excellent place in the center of La Morra, tables upstairs with a view of the castle from the arched windows. Honest prices and excellent value for money. Tajarin with meat sauce, braised capocollo with beer and honey and chocolate cream, all very good. Young, knowledgeable and friendly waiters.

29/01/2025: Good food. Excellent quality and price ratio. Various rooms. I really liked the first one, in front of the cash register. The one I was in wasn't soundproof enough, nor warm enough. It was not in direct contact with the kitchen but rather with an unheated and uninsulated room, through which the food passed. However, there were no major inconveniences and we still enjoyed lunch. A big applause to the staff, who are competent and very kind.

20/01/2025: I have known Locanda Fontanazza for several years and the food is always excellent. A nice wine list and a fantastic view from the terrace in summer. The host is super warm and friend.

19/01/2025: Incuriositi da un reel su Instagram abbiamo prenotato un tour della cantina e proseguito con la cena. Il tour è spiegato molto bene, alla portata di tutti e ciò che traspare sono entusiasmo ed una bellissima storia che prosegue da quattro generazioni. Il posto non è su una strada principale, si perde nelle colline e bisogna recarsi apposta, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Il menù ha sia una parte tradizionale, che una sperimentale. La cucina ha un livello molto alto, così come il sevizio attento e cordiale. Sono molto attenti anche ad allergie ed intolleranze e ho potuto così gustare, senza ansie, una bellissima cena. I vini sono ottimi e Federico, che ci ha fatto da guida, è bravissimo a dare consigli e a farti innamorare di ciascun vino. Torneremo sicuramente.
