04/01/2025: Ristorante all interno dell hotel Palazzo Righini. Materie prime di ottima qualità molto ben lavorate. Piatti soprattutto della tradizione senza troppi fronzoli, servizio puntuale e curato. Se posso trovare una pecca non mi sono piaciute le tovagliette. Ho mangiato uno stracotto di coda fuori dalla carta veramente buono. Ottima la carta dei vini. Menzione a pane e grissini veramente di livello, forse è la prima volta che li recensisco ma lo meritano.

11/12/2024: Entrare al Fossanese è come sentirsi a casa. Proprietari e camerieri amichevoli, cortesi e gentili. Colazioni top e pranzi ottimi : caffè buono, croissant buonissimi e super farciti, affettati tagliati sul momento, pasta fatta in casa come anche i secondi, le verdure e gli antipasti.
Per me è tappa obbligata per il pranzo del giovedì (e la colazione quando si può). Complimenti per l'intero servizio!

Un posto molto tranquillo e bellissimo, servizi eccellenti e uno staff meraviglioso. Il cibo è speciale e ha un gusto lussuoso È caratterizzato dal gusto dell'antica cucina italiana e i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli...... Una bella sensazione Consiglio di visitare il Bar Roma e di trascorrere momenti belli e tranquilli.

30/10/2024: Excellent restaurant for drivers and non-drivers, fixed or à la carte menu, very friendly owner, helpful, quick delivery, large truck parking area adjacent to the restaurant, if the cars were parked better, there would be more space, although it is possible to park as it is an industrial area adjacent.
Comq menu first second side dish water wine coffee.
Bar that opens early at 05:00 under the restaurant.

08/08/2024: Un altra bella serata nel fresco dehor di questo locale nelle roventi giornate di agosto.
La prenotazione l'ho effettuata solo un'ora prima, ma non ce ne sarebbe stato bisogno. Alle 20,30 nel dehor terrazzato (una trentina di posti) sono ancora molti i tavoli liberi.
Ci accomodiamo qui, evitando l'interno.
Il servizio è pronto e celere, ma sempre cortese. La tavola per due viene subito approntata sotto i nostri occhi.
Scegliamo come antipasto una battuta di fassona a uno strudel di verdure con salsa al pomodoro (ciascuno 10 €): entrambi apprezzabili.
A seguire gnocchetti al cavolo rosso con gamberetti e zucchine, molto gustosi.
Chiudiamo con due cheese cake ai frutti di bosco.
Con due caffè, due limoncelli, una bottiglia di Favorita Casetta e una d' acqua spendiamo in due 79 €.
Bella serata con ottimo menù in un ambiente ovattato e discreto.
