02/11/2025: Antico Caffè Baglione: a charming atmosphere. A piano sits beneath a beautiful chandelier in the center of a small vault. The walls are adorned with historic posters and books, vinyl records, and photos of famous people who've been here; the decor is vintage without being dated. Service is attentive, friendly, and fast. The food is impeccable and excellent value. Recommended.

14/12/2025: Several nice steak restaurants in Bra. We tried two different steaks. The steaks looked good but weren't very tasty. Our wine choice was good; we tried Barbera d'Asti Doglia and liked it. The waiters were attentive, and the place was clean.

30/11/2025: The name is misleading, as it's not an osteria. On top of this minor detail, the service is truly awful. The food is fairly tasteless, except for the ravioli served as an appetizer. The quality-price ratio is disproportionate, and you're definitely paying for the restaurant's location in the center of Bra.

11/05/2025: Something really unpleasant happened to me today. A person I don't know refused me table service, causing me to lose customers and embarrassing me in front of them. He said "we're all the same" and that I would "stop talking to him," but then again, I don't even know who he is! It's unacceptable to be treated like this for no reason. I hope situations like this never happen again. #respect #professionalism

16/10/2025: A small place with meticulous attention to detail. The sandwich was delicious; I asked for it well-done and it was still juicy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They don't take reservations, and you can order and take away.

21/09/2025: The prices on the online menu didn't match the prices on the paper menu we received over the phone; perhaps they were adjusted for Cheese. The Bra sausage burger was a bit too spicy, but the sandwich was generally good. Attention to detail. Very friendly staff.

29/06/2025: Historic pastry shop in Bra... improved with the change of helm in the hands of the daughters... Good pastries (bignole, croissants, zeppole, etc.)... friendly staff but you have to avoid being served by the older lady who is disrespectful towards customers and arrogant, to the point of making you give up on the purchase... I've already been there 6 times in 2025 alone, I hope the lady was tired from having worked on preparing the mega cake for the anniversary of the Thesis... but today's experience is certainly not an invitation to return... Answer: I ordered 1 kg of bignole 5 times kindly and the lady kept asking how many people it was for and was annoyed when I answered I didn't know the number but I wanted 1 kg... the lady arrogantly pointed out to me 3 consecutive times that they had to be kept cool and I kindly replied "thank you, they will definitely be in the fridge and then in a cold room"... again the lady asked me "are you going to run errands?"... and I kindly replied "I'm going straight home"... again "are you sure, "Aren't you going to run errands?"... so I asked "I'm going home and excuse me, do you want to sell them or keep them?" I said goodbye and was leaving... when the lady arrogantly insisted "I want to guarantee you a fresh product to make a good impression and it doesn't spoil"... then I reacted badly by simply making the sign but in the long run feeling treated badly by idiots from the beginning does not make you well disposed.. Even the response to the review is terrible... Wake up to you who have not understood that I have known you for a long time (the opening words of the review are the clue).... Wake up to you if someone buys fresh pastries knows that they must be kept in the fridge so as not to spoil them... they do not need several insistent and repeated reminders in a short time and would like their request (a simple 1 kg of ready-made cream puffs that would become 2... one intended for one group and the other for another) to be fulfilled... Wake up to you: someone buys food to keep in the fridge and wants to consume it "spoiled" in your opinion.... Wake up to you: a person buys pastries to celebrate their birthday and offer them to colleagues and family members and wants to offer them "bad" in your opinion... in both cases, do you think that someone wants to get sick or make someone get sick by consuming a poorly preserved product?! Wake up, you pay attention to the customer (making them repeat the request a total of 6 times in 2-3 minutes is not respectful) and the purchase should be made pleasant... Wake up: you care so much about ensuring the right temperature that you use cardboard boxes to close the refrigerated counter (there are those with doors that are definitely more reliable in ensuring the temperature)... Wake up: even in your answer you make it clear that you haven't paid attention... now "I'm going home right away" now means going to run errands around... oh yes, should I have come with a van equipped with a refrigerated cell or should I have put a nice camping fridge connected to the car battery in the car? Good continuation and don't worry the person who in your opinion wants to "poison" knows other pastry shops in Bra and Alba... another pastry shop thanks you... Modified the answer... more polite compliments... and I apologize for the gesture made... but I would have avoided "if he really said to go home" as I repeated it 2 times in a very short time but no attention was paid... and "sometimes some customers go to do other errands afterwards" is not a good excuse to treat all customers with arrogance and like idiots: remember 1 (only one) time to keep the fresh pastries in the fridge and in the summer to put them in the fridge as soon as possible... good continuation with the business but currently I have strong doubts about coming back to you... goodbye!!!
