10/03/2025: La scelta delle carne non è vastissima ma la qualità è alta (vedi il maialetto nero), le patate fritte home made sono ottime ma quelle al forno spingono di brutto.
26/02/2025: Locale gestito da giovani di buona volontà, che garantiscono piatti ben fatti con materia prima di qualità. Il servizio è stato preciso e puntuale in un ambiente gradevole, ottimi sia i taiarin con la salsiccia di Bra che la carne. Bene anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se siete in zona non perdete l'occasione, Consigliatissimo.

02/03/2025: Attracted by a beautiful outdoor area, we had dinner on Saturday evening in this place that takes you back in time. A Tuscan tavern in the historic center of Bra. We took a typical cold cuts platter with fabulous Tuscan pecorino cheese.
The Tuscan Schiacciate were excellent and the Lampredotto sandwich very good. Friendly and helpful staff, courteous owner. Phenomenal price quality. I highly recommend it
02/03/2025: What a lovely experience at Schiacciala, we ate very well in a very familiar and warm environment. The flatbreads were really excellent, both the savory and the sweet ones. Encore of pici cacio e pepe. Friendly waiters. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable in recommending places to visit in the surrounding area. See you on the next tour in the Langhe.

08/02/2025: Se non si ha fretta qui troverete pizze fantastiche! Un locale storico braidese condotto in maniera simpatica e professionale dalle due gestrici. Da provare sulla pizza, il loro peperoncino in polvere. Consigliatissimo per una serata tra amici!

Intimate and welcoming place. Young and friendly staff.
Prices not exactly cheap, but the quality is good, so it's okay.
Overall, everything was very pleasant.
28/01/2025: It's a very small place, keep that in mind especially in winter.
The sandwiches are good but I found that in their complexity some flavors tend to get lost a little.
The onion rings, fried chicken and potato wedges are excellent.
I found the price a little high but generally honest, considering the freshness and quality of the food.

09/04/2025: I ordered the 4 cheese fusilli, which offers a tasty and enveloping bite in every bite, plus the cream that envelops the fusilli was exquisite. Very welcoming staff and it's nice to have a chat, making you feel at ease.
21/02/2025: Good aperitif with two Piedmontese wines, good chocolate and cream, as are the appetizers.

Pizza napoletana con basta scelta, un bel locale e ben gestito sono tutti giovani e molto educati e gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente. Noi ci andiamo spesso e lo faremo sempre. Non per niente è sempre pieno.
12/01/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, perhaps the only flaw is it's too light, so it doesn't fill you up. Friendly staff and nice environment. But prices are too high

22/03/2025: Terrible service - the photos speak for themselves. 4.40 euros for two takeaway cappuccinos in an almost coffee glass with the wrong cap. I ask for explanations: "They made a mistake in giving us the lids." They close them badly with foil and put them in a small bag. Terrible final result, like the service. Shop full of doves, you almost don't turn around inside. Absolutely avoid.

26/02/2025: Ancient local restaurant, from the mid-19th century, very characteristic.. friendly staff ready to advise you on the choice of dishes on the menu which recall the typical local cuisine.. wide choice and normal prices.. in fact you eat well and don't pay a lot.. I advise anyone who happens to be in the area [as happened to me] to try the cuisine and admire this nineteenth-century restaurant.
