04/04/2026: A rare place! Frozen in time, with its warmth and simple, divine cuisine!!! Today we were lucky enough to find Ula (a typical Piedmontese minestrone), a true delight! A place to try, or rather, to discover! Thank you for keeping these places alive.

01/04/2026: It was a weekday, with not many people around. In this context, the selection is rightly limited, but of good quality. We had excellent ravioli with homemade ragù, cooked on the stove and served with courtesy. We'll definitely return if we're in the area.

Renato guided us through breathtakingly beautiful alpine scenery, demonstrating an uncanny knack for finding perfectly creamy, spring-like snow. The entire team at the Locanda Mistral was dedicated to our well-being. If you value nature, tranquility, quality, and relaxing days, this is the place for you.

09/06/2026: We just had dinner. The food was excellent, the staff were courteous and professional, and the ambiance was meticulously maintained. The young owners and the prices were fair.
