23/12/2024: Company dinner with appetizers, all refined and tasty, the roasted octopus above all. Risotto with kittenara and veal cheek cooked very well. I can't talk about the two desserts, I didn't get them by choice.

06/01/2025: For those who love meat like me it's a true paradise... very tender Texas brisket, chips and tiramisu revisited by them exceptional, my kids loved it... the only flaw is that the place was a little cold given the day. ..for the rest nothing to say.. well done guys!!!
05/01/2025: If you are in the area and like a good meat dish or/and a pizza, definitely recommended. You spend the right amount and you eat well!

28/12/2024: Excellent food and impeccable service, warm and spotlessly clean environment.
24/11/2024: Last night we went to this restaurant for dinner. We found a poor choice of food, well presented dishes but very small portions.
We took two second courses, one of which was with breaded fish like "findus", there was only breading and fried oil, a bottle of wine, no dessert, no coffee, nothing else, paid €58, in my opinion there is no quality for the price.
The location is not bad overlooking the lake.
I definitely won't be back.
It was already clear as the restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening, there were only us there, then around 9pm another couple arrived, I didn't see anyone else come in the whole evening.

17/12/2024: Had lunch in this restaurant on two occasions. On the first there was a delicious fixed menu, while the disappointment came in eating à la carte. Fish starter unfortunately not good, the waitress offered to have them redone but since there was something wrong with both dishes we moved on to the second course, without infamy and without glory. The homemade desserts are worth mentioning. Excellent.
01/11/2024: Tasty food, prepared with the highest quality raw materials. Right portion and reasonable price. Excellent wine cellar. Nice and clean environment. Restaurant is in a wonderful location, overlooking the lake. It has become a favorite place for us.

Mea Culpa Crema&Cioccolato

12/01/2025: 12.25pm. I happen to pass by outside and see the new place that is about to open, I ask if they make crepes. The waitress tells me to wait 10m for them to finish opening and then they'll make them for me. I come back after 15m, 12.40pm inside there was only one table with two people. I ask if they make crepes, I am told yes but only desserts. I say well, okay. I ask what flavors they have “topping only”. I ask for takeout. Denied. I ask why, no answer is given. Perhaps an owner intervenes. I say that a napkin is enough for me and I want to eat it on a bench or in any case in the sun (since they don't have tables outside). I am told that they ONLY make crepes in the afternoon. I point out that I was told the opposite and that it makes no sense when you have your hands free to refuse money (only two seats occupied) and that I don't want to wait. Moral? I didn't eat the crepes. The place is still half empty and they haven't received the money. This denotes a really rigid mentality and really unsuitable service. Sorry but bad experience. I hope something changes.

Il Porticciolo Malè Bar e Lounge

06/01/2025: Per concludere le Feste io,mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo deciso di pranzare al Porticciolo che è in assoluto il nostro locale preferito di Viverone.
Il menù invernale è come sempre ricco di scelte ,dallo spuntino al piatto unico.
Noi abbiamo optato per brasato con polenta, crostini con acciughe del cantabrico e tartare di Fassona.
Abbiamo concluso con dolci golosi e zabaione caldo offerto dai proprietari.
La qualità dei prodotti, molti a km zero, è sempre alta oltre ad essere ben cucinati.
Il locale è moderno, pulito e ordinato
Il team dei gestori è sempre disponibile e presente, è un piacere poter scambiare due chiacchiere ed essere accolti con il sorriso ogni volta.
Nel tempo abbiamo portato diversi amici sia per un pomeriggio domenicale sia per gli eventi musicali organizzati dal Team in estate, con artisti di valore.
Lo consigliamo sicuramente
16/11/2024: Ordininati al tavolo, nel dehor del locale, 2 caffè e piccolo shottino di grappa gialla per correzione.
Nello scontrino viene riportata la dicitura "Grappa stravecchio di Barolo" NON RICHIESTA e caffè maggiorati per servizio al tavolo.
Totale Euro 8,50 Prezzo assolutamente non giustificato. Locale adatto solo per polli buoni a farsi spennare!

Cella Grande Bistrot

07/07/2024: Una sorpresa bellissima sul lago di Viverone. Mi sono recata a Cella Grande per provarne la cucina, con le aspettative alte create da chi già ci era stato e me ne ha parlato bene. Queste aspettative non sono state deluse, anzi! Location incantevole, dove il tempo sembra quasi fermarsi, il tutto accompagnato da un menu che, nonostante il numero di piatti non elevatissimo, accontenta tutti i gusti.
Inutile dire che i vini sono di un livello molto alto, grazie anche ai consigli preziosi da parte della sommelier di sala. Servizio simpatico, disponibile e gentile. Mai invadente!
Da tornarci.
24/05/2024: In a relaxing environment witha beautiful view on Lago di Viverone the two waitresses helps you to choose form a small but exciting menu.
This time ai chose meat from the owner family tradition:
. Vitello Tonnato a fantastic experience
. Tartare di Fassone, excellent meat but no brandy/eggs/… so fantastic “Carne Cruda” Tartare is something else
. Sottofiletto perfectly cooked and tender
. Lamb tasty but quite hard
At the closing we visited the cellar which was a good experience too
Excellet own wine choice with very moderated prices!
Again very professional and friendly service
Will come again!!
ps: reserving via email or phone is a challenge as tgey barely answer but do not give up. It’s worth
