21/12/2025: We ended up having dinner, almost by chance, with friends to celebrate Christmas, and we rediscovered the "Tunon" of yesteryear. A historic restaurant, well-known in the province since the 1970s, it has always promoted traditional Piedmontese cuisine, embracing the culinary trends of the last 50 years through their ups and downs. Now we find ourselves appreciating traditional cuisine expertly revisited, creating flavorful yet delicate dishes made with quality ingredients combined with meticulous attention to plating. The restaurant has remained as up-to-date as ever, well-kept and clean. Service is prompt, friendly, and helpful. Convenient parking nearby. Recommended for an excellent Piedmontese lunch or dinner, featuring agnolotti, tagliolini, and gnocchi drowned in mushrooms, stew, or Castelmagno cheese, after enjoying appetizers like veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, and minced meat... the main courses and desserts are unmissable!!!

18/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues. A wonderful evening, good food, and lots of laughter. Maria Teresa and her family were, as always, perfect hosts. It was great to be back!

10/01/2026: We visited the Castle for a wedding. The terrible weather, with almost constant rain, changed the organization of the various parts of the ceremony, which had been planned outside in the large garden. So everything took place indoors, in various rooms, from the aperitif to the luncheon to the open bar. It's right to keep the spaces in their original state, but many could use some maintenance.

02/01/2026: A magical, timeless place. The welcome was exceptionally kind. An address one would like to keep secret, for the delight of those who appreciate authenticity and beauty.

16/11/2025: Tastefully renovated and welcoming. Quick service, friendly staff. Classic farmhouse dishes. Quality: neither praise nor blame. There's definitely better.
