18/05/2025: If available, try the prugnoli mushrooms; suggested as an example with the omelette and as a condiment for some excellent fresh tagliatelle. The latter are also excellent seasoned with broad beans, fresh fennel, cherry tomatoes and pecorino di fossa. The desserts are also excellent.

01/05/2025: Good quality food and the right combinations.
There is a flaw in the service and in the organization of the evening: we booked a table a month before (we drove 4 hours to eat in this place) and after ordering we were told by the waitress that she no longer had the sauce available to season the pasta.
We initially asked if it was possible to taste a mixed starter to taste different flavors of the tavern and we were categorically told no and to stick to the proposed menu.
Furthermore, I understand the unprofitable period for truffles, but not having even a dish on the menu with the latter seems absurd to me for a country that calls itself the "truffle capital" and a restaurant that has become "better known" precisely for the good use and quality of this raw material.
I really expected something more.

We stopped by for a quick dinner and were impressed!
The pizza was delicious: light dough, very fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. The staff was friendly.
An excellent discovery that we recommend without hesitation!

25/04/2025: Long waits, disorganization and dishonest prices. We spent 80 euros each, unthinkable, both for the food and the location!
21/03/2025: We only had dinner... twice but in a completely different way... The first time the first courses were balanced and tasty... the second time the condiments... like the orange... completely covered the flavor of the pasta... but the worst thing was the 1 kg Florentine steak... overcooked and too thin and without fillet... it couldn't be called a 1 kg Florentine steak... The staff was not very welcoming but rushed and smeared all over you to put the dishes on the table, squeezing themselves between the diners instead of going through the free sides of the table... the second experience was really negative... It's a shame also because it's out of the way and getting there isn't the best considering that there's a lot of mud and if it rains I leave you to imagine shoes and cars...

19/09/2024: Très bon restaurant et service attentionné de la patronne qui nous a proposé ses spécialités arrosés de vin régionaux. Cadre bucolique. Accès assez difficile à pied car la descente vers le restaurant est en pente raide : il est vonseilld'y aller en voiture en cas de problèmes physiques de locomotion.
13/09/2024: Geen menukaart. Moeilijk kiezen als je geen italiaans kan. Keuze voorgerecht kregen voor 1 persoon hoofd gerecht klein kipje meer bot. Heel klein beetje groente Partner 2 schijven konijnpate. 2 kleine aardappeltjes beetje groente. Ieder 1 bolletje ijs. Wijn 13 euro en water 3,50. Betaald ruim 111 euro. Heel duur voor klein beetje eten. En betaald 2x voorgerecht dus 14 euro te veel, later zagen we een prijslijst aan muur van voorgerecht hoofdgerecht nagerecht, maar daar wezen ze niet op. Niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been. Ingang super stijl en super glad bij regen.

03/08/2023: Had a wine tasting in this wonderful location. The downstairs showroom of different wines is amazing. They had a great selection of different wines to taste. The prices were excellent for the high quality wines they sold. We bought a wonderful amarone wine for far less than it would cost in the US.
18/07/2023: By far the nicest enoteca I ever visited. Unbelievable service, an unbelievable wine selection as well as beers. Specialties from the region and the owner explains the wine you are about to taste perfectly. You also get to experience local life. An absolute gem!

16/01/2025: Crunchy and very good pizza, super fragrant and lots of choice as in addition to pizza there are also sandwiches and if desired, upon prior order, typical Mexican food is also available. Excellent prices, spend little and eat well. The staff was also very helpful and polite. Absolutely recommended place!
