09/05/2024: Il Burchio is located in the historic part of Piobbico, the town is very charming because it is nestled among the green mountains
I went with families for a birthday, in the autumn/winter period, and the lure of the smells emanating from the fireplace hood gives you that feeling of finding yourself back in time
The restaurant is very beautiful, all stone and wood
The menu is exceptional, furthermore right behind the structure you can walk along a very small path that reaches the "Piobbico" sign on the hill above the town, in Hollywood style
The meat and cold cuts are divine, the spaghetti with truffle carbonara is also excellent
The products are local, and you can feel it, even the sweets are fantastic and homemade, congratulations....
We had a great time, the manager made us feel at home

05/05/2024: Excellent cuisine, we had tagliatelle with blackthorn mushrooms for first courses, sliced, grilled and lamb for second courses, an exquisite dessert with fresh ice cream and Cantiano black cherry. Excellent wines, too. Advised

Abbiamo soggiornato un week end prenotando anche la cena, tutto veramente molto molto bello e buono...

08/10/2023: Non ti aspetti che in un borgo con 6 abitanti, arroccato sugli Appennini marchigiani si possa trovare un ristorante e b&b così curato con una cucina così fine, locale, gustosa e fresca, visto che Betti e Lollo si coltivano tutto nel loro orto. Hanno delle camere molto curate e pulite e servono una colazione stupenda. Inoltre anche la cena è sublime. A livello di qualità, prezzo e ospitalità siamo a 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo!

13/11/2023: Sono 30 anni che vado a mangiare in questo ristorante, dopo che si è ritirato Carletto la qualità del cibo è calata è il prezzo è salito, non tornerò .
13/11/2023: Ambiente semplice ma personale gentilissimo che ti fa sentire a casa. Menù ampio con cucina casareccia che abbiamo trovato molto gradevole.

17/03/2024: Dopo aver trascorso una bella mattinata nei tavoli all'aperto con i bimbi che giocavano nelle belle strutture ludiche gratuite, approfittando del sole e del caldo inusuale per febbraio, abbiamo poi pranzato all'interno del rifugio. Un salone molto bello con delle vetrate ampie che lo rendono luminoso ed offrono una vista spettacolare sulla vallata. Siamo partiti con degli antipasti di salumi misti e formaggi molto buoni per poi passare ai primi, a dir poco eccellenti, in particolare gli ottimi passatelli con sugo di salsiccia e funghi. Prezzi decisamente adeguati se non addirittura bassi rispetto alla qualità portata in tavola, servizio sufficiente.
