23/07/2024: Beautiful, pleasant and peaceful site.
Large private car park and huge swimming pool with separate hydromassage. Lots of greenery: lawns, hedges, oleanders, olive trees and gardens kept with obsessive care!
The managers Monica and Stefano with Marco are very kind and welcoming.
Very large mini-apartments complete with kitchen and wifi.
The restaurant offers very high quality dishes (truffles, Angus, DOP cheeses) and a large selection of wines.
We stayed 8 days and it is one of the best resorts my wife and I have stayed at.
In a strategic position between the sea (Fano, Torrette, Matotta, Misano, Senigallia) and the very rich hinterland (Urbino, Jesi, Pesaro, San Leo, San Marino, Mondavio, Cagli, Fossombrone, Loreto, Recanati)
13/06/2024: Excellent structure, very well kept and clean with a beautiful swimming pool and good location for various visits to the surrounding area. Osteria with normal prices and good products expertly introduced by the owners, always kind and smiling. A structure where it is easy to relax and enjoy peace and quality gastronomic products! We didn't use it but it also has a Finnish sauna and bio sauna (and perhaps more that I missed). I will definitely be back!

30/08/2024: Absolutely delicious food, inviting atmosphere and pleasant music. Lots of seating outside in the summer. We got the pizzas and a ravioli with nettle and mushrooms. We look forward to eating here again soon!

03/08/2024: Terrible experience!! The owner is unpleasant to say the least. Disorganized and rude. I'm giving one star because I can't give less.

The swimming pool is saved which appears to be clean... Everything else is truly DISGUSTING starting from the absolutely inefficient service, barely passable food (the menu is ridiculous with 4 things added to each other and if you are a vegetarian you die of hunger) which arrives later hours from the order (and it is forbidden to order more than 3 different first courses otherwise the kitchen will be in difficulty) and the "location" never mind... The photos below demonstrate how "clean" this place is....
Ps. With the arrival of a summer downpour and a little girl not even 6 months old we had to "eat" outside under the water because they didn't want to "wrong anyone" given the limited space available.

14/07/2024: Location informale ma molto ospitale come la signora che lo gestisce, che è di una gentilezza squisita.. Buon rapporto tra qualità, quantità e prezzo. Cibo ottimo.. Sicuramente consigliato! Una volta scoperto non si lascia più!,
