His dishes combine authentic flavors and modern presentations. Each course is a memorable culinary journey. The Service: Waiters Gianluca and Dimitri make the difference. They are professional, attentive, and very friendly. They make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. The Atmosphere: The restaurant is designed down to the smallest detail. 21/04/2026: The restaurant is located directly on the sea, with a view of the Conero. The atmosphere is super relaxing and romantic, with soft lighting and a sense of peace. The food is excellent, and especially the pairings are excellent. I especially tried the sepur and artichokes, which were amazing. I highly recommend them!

02/08/2026: I went there for dinner and I have to say the pizza was truly excellent: thin and crispy dough, but with generous toppings. We had the Chalet Mauro and the Napoli, both delicious and well-balanced in flavor.
The place is a bit out of the way from Loreto, but for that very reason it has a huge, very convenient parking lot. The service? Super fast: we ordered, and in fifteen minutes we had our pizzas at our table.
It was summer and the day had been very hot, but it turned out to be quite cool, perfect for sitting outside. Perhaps the tables are a bit too close together, slightly compromising privacy, but nothing serious.
If you're looking for a good pizza without the hassle of parking and waiting, this is the place to go.
20/04/2026: BASIC place, paper tablecloths and no silverware, folks! But what you get on your plate is truly worthy of a Michelin-starred chef! Marco's famous Pinsa is the best, but I also tried various fish dishes and some meat dishes, I imagine, prepared by Mauro - The SuperSaiyan...
Everything was truly delicious, and the price would rival even the suburban taverns... The quality/price ratio is truly unmatched in the area, perhaps even in the Marche region.
Well done, guys, keep it up! 💪

22/02/2026: Found by chance: a real find! Excellent food, fresh fish, a rotisserie with the option of eating in. Simple but clean place. I absolutely recommend it. Excellent value for money too. I'll definitely be back. We had a wonderful meal!
03/02/2026: Returned after several years and it's nice to find the same quality combined with simplicity. We had an excellent fish first course and appetizer, and then it was nice to be able to sit down like in a trattoria. Very friendly staff and many dishes both for takeout and to eat in! Excellent! Thank you!
