02/02/2026: An excellent restaurant in the Valtesino valley, between Grottammare and Offida, where chef Gianmarco takes care of every detail and offers his guests culinary experiences rooted in local traditions, but with a touch of modern cuisine based on the search for high-quality ingredients and cutting-edge cooking techniques.
The prices are truly fair (I'd even say low) for both the tasting menus and the à la carte dishes.
A fine selection of local wines and attentive, elegant service in the dining room!!!
A truly pleasure every time!!!

Among the various courses, we enjoyed the asparagus risotto and the tripe frittata.
Friendly service.

05/10/2025: Whenever I'm in Offida, a visit to Oasigel is a must. Gelateria is far too simplistic. You can also have a colazione or aperitivo there, for example.
The two owners, a married couple, are super nice, friendly, and helpful. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation for Offida, for example.
Everything tastes excellent, from the cornetto to the coffee products to the aperitivo. They also have a very good pecorino, as an alternative to the classic aperitivo.

21/06/2026: A very quaint and original restaurant in the historic center of Offida.
Although it's not large, there are several tables for dine-in.
The cuisine is traditional and local, with high-quality ingredients.
The staff is young, friendly, and welcoming.
31/05/2026: Excellent service. The atmosphere is perhaps a bit too bare. The desserts are good, but the rest needs a lot of work. The first course was good, but very poor. The second course could also be improved (the suckling pig had a burnt flavor on the outside that masked the flavor; I think it could easily be improved by tasting it). Good wine cellar.

03/06/2026: Nice atmosphere, but lackluster service. When asked for a list of croissant flavors, the waitress told me to go inside and ask the person behind the counter, not knowing which flavors were left (it's perfectly normal to sit outside for breakfast and be told to get up, go inside, and ask, what's wrong with you? Stay outside). Furthermore, if you're not a local, the wait for a coffee sitting outside can be over 10 minutes, so much so that if I were returning home from vacation, I would have made and drunk it myself first.

chose à la carte. The starters and grilled meats were very good. Among the side dishes, we really enjoyed the French fries. Excellent value for money.
29/05/2026: Two of us had lunch. We arrived without a reservation, but on a weekday, with plenty of tables clearly available. The time was absolutely within the time limit (12:30-1:00 PM). The waitress greeted us with annoyance. She pointed us to a small table in the corner, didn't give us a menu, and told us we could only order penne "alla norcina" or a turkey cutlet. "Reluctantly," we ordered two cutlets. We were surprised by such a limited selection, and were confirmed when we saw different dishes arriving at the neighboring tables. We asked another waitress for an explanation, who apologized and told us we could order something else, and would put a stop to the two cutlets. While we were looking at the menu, two slices of grilled chicken breast arrived at our table!!! We looked at the waitress in amazement... she said it was a mistake, apologized, and left. After 5 minutes, she came back with 2 cutlets before we'd even ordered anything else! We ate quickly because the place was very noisy and unkempt. We paid and left without even getting our coffee.

14/09/2024: De karaf rode wijn was ijs- en ijskoud. Eerst even op temperatuur laten komen, en toen de karaf aan het eind van de maaltijd leeg was, bleef er een aangekoekte laag onderin achter. Karaf had waarschijnlijk al een langere tijd (in de koeling) gestaan.
Mijn echtgenote was reeds halverwege haar hoofdgerecht toen mijn gerecht werd opgediend: een paar kleine stukjes lam, wat grotendeels bestond uit bot en vet. Ik heb dit teruggegeven, waarna ik een nieuw bord kreeg (mijn echtgenote was inmiddels klaar met eten). Dit vlees was iets beter, maar nog steeds slechts enkele kleine stukjes en van inferieure kwaliteit. Ik begrijp niet dat een zichzelf respecterende kok zijn gasten dit durft aan te bieden.
De bediening was ongeïnteresseerd en er is maar niet gevraagd of het naar wens was. Het afscheid bestond slechts uit de woorden “40 euro” en “arrivederci”.

31/07/2024: Location particolare immersa nel centro storico di Offida nelle Marche. Che dire...siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e proprietario gentilissimo.

31/05/2024: Sono andata con il mio compagno per un aperitivo....il gestore è un ragazzo molto gentile e simpatico....ci ha consigliato su cibo e vino...calici abbondanti..,,aperitivo molto"rinforzato"...cibo buonissimo e vino....pure!!!

07/09/2024: Anni fa il locale era gestito da due ragazzi eccezionali che per coerenza con il nome dato al locale organizzavano concerti di grande qualità.ora la titolare chiede ai gruppi che desiderano fare una serata di portare necessariamente clienti, praticamente i musicisti si pagano da soli la serata,che squallore....
16/08/2024: Ho trascorso una serata di compleanno al Blue Bird di Offida dove ero già stato a sentire una serata con musica dal vivo. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassata, perfetta per una serata con amici o in coppia. La selezione di birre è notevole, con diverse opzioni. Il personale è molto disponibile e la pizza SPETTACOLARE.
Un posto che consiglio a chiunque voglia gustarsi una serata tranquilla e all'insegna del buon cibo e dell'ottima birra! Tornerò sicuramente!
