12/07/2025: Nestled in the Marche countryside, the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The owners are very helpful, and we ate divinely. I hope to return.

16/06/2025: We stopped by chance at this little restaurant for lunch and I must say that we will return without a doubt ❤️ we found a very welcoming family environment but above all a very kind owner, very good food .. I highly recommend it to everyone even to people intolerant to gluten.

31/05/2025: I chose this place to celebrate my daughter's communion and I couldn't have made a better choice. A pleasantly refined place in the furnishings, family-run, with truly refined and never banal dishes. I managed to satisfy both those who love the most delicious cuisine and those who prefer tradition in one go. In short... high-level cuisine at a more than fair price! Compliments to Marco, Claudia and a special mention to Alice, very kind and very professional in presenting the dishes.

07/05/2025: I've been there for dinner with friends. The pizza was good and original. The fried food was a little too cold and scarce. Good beer and wine. Speedy service. Personally, I ate a burger that was a little smaller than normal. The price of dinner, for what we ate, was not very fair in my opinion. But today, unfortunately, it is common practice everywhere to pay disproportionately compared to what you eat.

13/07/2025: I'm a regular at Acqua Salata and have always appreciated the restaurant's attention to detail, its splendid location overlooking the sea, and its unique atmosphere, especially at sunset. Last night's dinner was enchanting: beautifully set tables, a meticulously maintained ambiance, and a view that alone makes the evening worthwhile. Unfortunately, compared to the past, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of the service and experience. The service was rather slow and disorganized: we ordered four entrees, but they arrived at different times, forcing each of us to eat separately while the others waited. This type of management significantly detracts from the experience, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. The dishes were beautifully presented, as always, but I have the feeling that the quality has slipped slightly compared to the past, especially considering the prices—which have increased—and the portions, which are now smaller. I hope this is just a temporary moment and that Acqua Salata will soon return to the levels that made it one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

12/07/2025: Stunning location, right on the sea. The place is tastefully decorated and very pleasant. I stopped at the bar and had a beer. A refreshing stop!

09/06/2025: For lunch at midday we ate an excellent carbonara and with three € more on the cost of the fixed menu an excellent and abundant rib eye. The young staff is very kind and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Total with coffee and water €18 well spent

09/02/2025: We returned to taste their crescia, I must say, really light, very different from our Crescia Marchigiana, really worth trying. On the day they also have a fixed menu for the workers and they have really popular prices. Very good beers

07/07/2025: The pizzas are exceptional and of various flavors, it's a shame that there are few tables and seats as the place is small.
