14/07/2025: Wonderful and delicious family lunch. Wonderful location. Historic villa. Impeccable cuisine and extremely kind and friendly staff. They were always ready to offer explanations and suggestions without ever being intrusive. Off-menu dishes for children were also very kind to them. We'll definitely be back.

03/07/2025: First time, I wanted to try them with ragù, but they weren't there.. I opted for sausage and mushrooms. Very good!!! Although I would have preferred the absence of fennel in the sausage. I will return to try the ones with ragù ❤️
03/07/2025: Initially I had only tried the ricotta cannoli, which had won me over. I think I will become a regular customer!
12/24/24: We tried the panettone stuffed with ricotta, really delicious, congratulations! We can't wait to go back to try the rosticceria too.
07/02/25: I recently had cannoli, fried bomboloni and baked bomboloni: all very fresh and delicious! The quality is always excellent and the passion of Palermo is evident in every detail. I also travel 27 km there and back, taking a half-hour leave from work, just to bring them to colleagues. I know they also have a rosticceria that I haven't tried yet, but I plan to go there for lunch with colleagues to try it. It would be enough if they opened an hour earlier, so I could go more often without having to take time off. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: I went to the Oro Rosso restaurant last night with some relatives, and I have to say it was a pleasant and unexpected discovery.
Don't let appearances fool you, because while the restaurant doesn't seem like much from the outside, the interior is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a beautiful veranda where we sat for dinner.
I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best Neapolitan pizza I've had in the area so far: the ingredients are high-quality and the dough is incredibly light. I'm not guaranteed to finish the entire pizza, as I usually can't finish it due to the heavy dough. For dessert, I ordered a panna cotta with wild berries, which was truly delicious.
The service was quick, and the waiters were extremely kind and helpful. The only flaw, towards the end of the dinner, was that the veranda became infested with dozens of mosquitoes flying between the tables, I think because the veranda window had been left open beforehand. But despite this small inconvenience, this restaurant deserves no less than 5 stars. We'll definitely be back.

It's worth making three or four laps around the town to find parking.

Unfortunately I can't give more than that because even though we ate well when it was time to pay the bill, the whole pleasant atmosphere went to hell. They tell us that we can't split the bills at the cashier and that's fine, but I who don't have cash should I borrow the money???? Then they tell us that to pay they would have changed the money for us...and so at this point give me the change directly...in the end some ATM cards and some cash...when it came to figuring out how much cash was missing their calculator for 4 times 4 different results obviously to their advantage.
Anyway we're talking about a table of 24 people...24!!!!...who obviously won't see us again.
05/22/25 I'm replying to what the restaurateur wrote. I'd like to understand where he reads that I'm calling you thieves. I could have stuck to my guns and paid my separate bill and not collected the money at the table which for 24 was a mess. Then that his calculator gave 3 different accounts I'm not making it up it went like this. So the suggestion is buy a new calculator

05/03/2025: I happened to be passing through to have a coffee (excellent), I asked for a glass of water as is done in all bars. I was denied, so I asked for some water from the tap and was denied. Don't laugh but to rinse my mouth, I asked them to show me where the bathroom was to drink some water. Crazy. Never again

24/11/2024: Veramente buono, ho preso il menù pranzo a 12€ devo dire per la qualità prezzo è veramente un ottimo prodotto! Personalmente lo consiglio
18/11/2024: Sono stata invitata a mangiare una pizza in questo locale, in cui mi sono recata per la prima volta.
Esteticamente è molto brutto, con arredamento datato e scelto senza la minima cura.
E' un posto adatto a compagnie numerose che non amano la buona cucina, la possibilità di conversare serenamente e non considerano l'importanza di un servizio come si deve.
La pizza era abbastanza buona, anche se poco condita e, data la forma, molto secca.
In sala c'è personale non formato, che svolge il servizio in modo disorganizzato e senza criterio.
I clienti medi sono maleducati e caciaroni.
I piatti che passano non sono per nulla attraenti.
Il titolare non si preoccupa di chiedere se i clienti sono soddisfatti, e quando si paga si mostra scocciato.
Non tornerò e lo sconsiglio.
