11/05/2024: Historic restaurant in Lomellina specializing in goose-based dishes: the restaurant is elegant and well-kept, the staff attentive and kind. We agree on a tasting menu that begins with various cured meats and cold cuts, many of which are goose and pâté with croutons; continues with a perfect risotto with goose livers, gnocchi with ragù always with the tasty feather and finally a delicious roast goose. The list of desserts is very varied, all homemade. We spent between 50 and 70 euros depending on the wines and digestives. A more than adequate price for the beautiful experience!
