My pizza was decent (porchetta, etc.). I tried the Margherita, and it was tasteless.
22/05/2025: Generous portions, extensive menu of both traditional meat/fish and vegetarian and vegan choices.
In good weather you can eat outside on the terrace. They are all kind! The environment is informal.

03/08/2025: Staff: incompetent, inept, useless, indifferent, and so on!!!
It doesn't surprise me that they've been looking for staff for over a year!!!
The quality of the pastries is zero, the girls serving the pastries (yes, because it takes two people to serve the pastries) are incompetent. We asked for three pastries, two with cream and one with cereal and honey. When we cut them to eat, they were filled with berries and apricots!!!! When I pointed out the mistake to the staff, their reaction was total indifference!!!! WE HAD to ask for a change of pastries!!!
Now let's talk about the guy who makes the coffees. The coffee machine was extremely dirty, the spout used to heat the milk was caked, the worktop was filthy!!!! And no one should tell me why they don't have time, because in the 10 minutes we were there, they did everything but work!!!
06/07/2025: Super cute bar, great coffee. But the great strength of this bar is its staff. Nice, kind girls and each of them very good at preparing every type of drink. Finally a cappuccino worthy of the name!! Every time I come back it is always a confirmation of the quality of this welcoming and familiar place. WELL DONE EVERYONE!!
I highly recommend it!!

Unica pecca il vino che serve , il Chianti passabile, il bianco frizzante pessimo.

31/10/2024: Un tuffo al cuore, un tuffo nei ricordi.. un tripudio di sapori… non bastano le parole per descrivere ciò che i nostri occhi e il nostro palato hanno assaporato stasera! Ogni forchetta è stata un esplosione di sapore e ricordi. Le polpette di Anna sono le polpette più morbide che abbia mai mangiato.. la pasta e provola cucinata al momento da Simone mi hanno riportato a quando ero piccola e mangiavo davanti al camino di mia nonna e il dolce di Michele ha concluso questa meravigliosa degustazione. Vorrei concludere questa recensione con altre mille parole ma solo una renderebbe giustizia a questa serata: provate la Trattoria gourmet Cafiero! Buona esperienza a tutti!

Piacevolissima sorpresa. Alle 21.40 di un venerdì sera ci siamo fermate affamate nel primo ristorante aperto che abbiamo incontrato e...eureka!! Una location accogliente e particolarissima. Si ha la sensazione di mangiare veramente in una piazzetta di Napoli quartiere Sanità!!! Gusti e accoglienza calda del Sud: dal proprietario alla gentile consorte e ai due figli che si alternano nella cucina a vista per preparare piatti eccezionali! Un menù gustoso proposto con maestria. Complimenti veramente!!
