07/07/2024: Ritrovo dei ginnasti per un saluto alla ex allenatrice di ginnastica, il locale è carino per la presenza dei giochi per i bambini, buone le pinse e i panini, i miei amici sconsigliano la carne in quanto dura o il pollo crudo. Abbiamo speso 527,70€ in totale, ci aspettavamo un po' di sconto in quanto abbiamo ordinato 2 spillatori di birra da 2L e loro con la scusa che erano tutti fuori ci hanno venduto 4 boccali da 1L l'uno facendoci spendere di più. Spendendo molto meno in altri locali a fine cena ti offrono l'amaro, qui dopo che abbiamo chiesto se offrivano l'amaro ci hanno risposto che per ogni recensione positiva ne offrivano uno, proprio una brutta figura per una catena di ristorazione.

06/07/2024: Uscita organizzata con altre famiglie; birra così così, nulla di eccezionale; ordinati due spillatori di birra, mai arrivati; carne di pollo poco cotta, hamburger duri, patatine senza sale, servizio pessimo…bagni sporchi…si salva solo presenza area bimbi dove ti chiedono due euro per una pallina….

13/08/2024: Got 7 slices of pizza last night..... when ordering if I ask you for seven slices you give me seven normal slices but no he didn't think he had prepared seven generous slices we noticed it at home when we opened the pizza boxes at the time it seemed like an exaggerated figure of 78 euros for seven slices..... so when we realized that there were large slices I phoned the owner saying that we hadn't asked for large slices but when ordering we had simply asked for 7 slices.. he responds in a very rude way saying that we had not been clear and we had said that there were many of us in the family which was not true but above all I point out the fact that 7 slices had simply been asked for and if he had not understood what kind instead of doing in his head he should have asked if abundant or normal first thing and that is not right that he did on his own and thank you for making me abundant slices for you and a greater profit....very unfair behavior towards the customer and as I read from the reviews it is really a habit.....then saying that there were slices for children who can hardly eat a whole normal slice I said that the whole that pizza would now be left over and he very simply replied put it in the fridge it's good tomorrow too after which he hung up on me.... it was the first time we went and definitely the last too..... yeah he had to thank us that we were there because the Belvedere pizzeria was closed for holidays.... but certainly the Belvedere pizzeria are more polite and certainly more correct.... never again.... 27/07/2024: Oggi ho ricevuto una mail in cui pubblicizzavate : SCONTO 50% su tutte le pizze e poi: PRENOTA ORA. Ho deciso quindi di prenotare attraverso il vs store locator alla pizzeria di via Cattaneo, 8 a Monza. Dopo aver consumato 4 pizze con la mia famiglia mi sono recato in cassa per pagare ma con mio grande stupore non mi è stato fatto lo sconto perché a loro dire, la loro pizzeria non aveva aderito allo sconto… ritengo questo vs atteggiamento inaccettabile, in particolare in merito alle modalità di pubblicizzare le vostre promo. Non è corretto scrivere a caratteri cubitali: 50% di sconto, PRENOTA ORA e poi scoprire che non tutte le vostre pizzerie aderiscono alla promo perché solo leggendo più in basso, con caratteri minuscoli, indicate la lista delle pizzerie che aderiscono. Considero questo vostro modo di fare disonesto. Ero vostro cliente da molti anni ma, dopo quanto mi è accaduto, non mi vedrete più. Luca Mancini

29/06/2024: Molto buona la pizza che fanno qui, è simile a quella napoletana con prodotti doc. Il locale è molto carino, curato e molto frequentato. È anche molto vicino alla Villa Reale di Monza.

26/06/2024: Frequento il Moderno da sempre. Posso dire che la nuova gestione non ha nulla a che fare con quella molto vecchia. Due mesi fa ho pranzato e devo dire che è andato tutto bene. Non prendete le uova strapazzate a colazione, perché è evidente che si tratta di quelle già pronte nei brick. Ho acquistato un sacchetto delle nocciole che usano per gli aperitivi. 9 euro buttati, sì perché le ho buttate. Vecchie, molli, stantie e rancide. Evitate l'aperitivo che era uno dei cavalli vincenti del vecchio Moderno.

13/06/2024: Un punto per la recensione è già troppo visto con quale cura e attenzione vengono trattati i clienti. Adiacente al mio tavolo oggi siamo arrivati al massimo. Un cliente con il cane. Nulla di strano direte ma: IL CANE ERA SUL TAVOLO A MANGIARE!!!!! Fatto osservare al direttore la risposta ironica è stata: cambieremo la tovaglia. Il bello è che questi se la tirano come se fosse il miglior bar di Monza. Uno schifo simile solo qui si può vedere. A MAI PIÙ
