24/05/2026: At Bara Diamanti: A truly disappointing experience. The place doesn't even offer table service, but the worst part was the total lack of customer service. We ordered coffees and they were brought without proper saucers and with no attention to detail. Furthermore, the water glass was dirty, and the tray was unclean. When we asked for ice and a simple slice of lemon, we were told they didn't have any. Absurd for a place that should provide at least the bare minimum. The staff member's behavior was extremely rude: instead of trying to resolve the situation, she arrogantly told us that "no one is calling us for coffee" and that "we could have gone somewhere else." To top it off, we had to clear the table ourselves. Non-existent service, poor cleanliness, rudeness, and a total disregard for customers. A terrible experience; we definitely won't return, and I don't recommend it.

21/04/2026: The pizza was delicious, but the staff didn't speak English at all, which made communication and questions difficult. However, the men were very pleasant and kind, and the pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes. We were completely satisfied.

16/05/2026: Very clean place, very friendly staff, and delicious food. Very fair prices.

29/04/2026: Located on the corner of a food court in a shopping mall, but with plenty of tables available in front, it's small but very well managed. The token that rings when your order is ready is a great idea (so you can sit down or wander around without standing around waiting). The staff is incredibly friendly. The wait times are just right. The piadina is simply divine (and packed with fillings, even though I chose one with only a few ingredients). I'll definitely be back, and thank you for your kindness.

12/04/2026: Excellent piadina, cooked just right, filled perfectly. The small tail was quickly digested. A good alternative to other food shops. The price difference is justified by the products.
