12/10/2025: Visited for a corporate convention. The place is truly enchanting and evocative. The only drawback is the extremely small parking lot in the adjacent square.
22/08/2025: I chose Castello Visconteo as the venue for my wedding: a fairytale!
My guests were amazed by the beauty of the place and the delicious, high-quality food. Furthermore, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff for every eventuality truly impressed all our guests (and us, the bride and groom).
We decided to stay overnight after the event with some of our guests, and the rooms were beautiful and clean.
Thanks again to Camilla for her kindness and for making everything perfect!

16/11/2025: A beautiful place converted from an old mill. The staff were friendly and helpful, not to mention the food. They offered us a phenomenal tasting menu. The bread was homemade, not to mention the desserts, especially the castagnaccio soufflé and the Nando's biscuits. A top-notch place.

Chaotic service and customer service.
Confusion that resulted in a price that wasn't correct: we pointed this out at the cashier, but the restaurant owner did nothing.
Given the way we ate, how we were served, and the amount we paid, it's not worth returning.

07/12/2025: Discovered by chance, family dinner. Very, very pleasant atmosphere.
Pleasant music.
Very kind and polite staff.
The ancient grain pizza is soft and tasty. The classic pizza, on the other hand, is too simple; I'd slightly improve the dough and amount of tomato. Still, it's edible. The tiramisu is good, perhaps lacking in coffee flavor. I'd revise the dessert plating.
Regarding the dining room, it's well-spaced; I'd only revise the chairs, but that's a matter of personal preference.
The coffee is adequate.
I definitely recommend it.
I'll return.

26/11/2025: Terrible business lunch, with overcooked "bresaola amatriciana" pasta (sic!) and two (counted) chicken drumsticks. We left even hungrier than before! There were only two customers in the room...not to be repeated, despite the Slow Food reviews. Hopefully the food will be better in the evening...who knows?
11/11/2025: We were at this restaurant about two weeks ago, on a Friday night! Risotto with ossobuco, a vegetarian appetizer, and a superb boiled meat!! We ate divinely!!! We talked with the owner for a long time and really enjoyed ourselves! Besides the delicious food, wonderful people!! See you soon!

22/09/2025: A truly large bar/tobacconist, spotlessly clean, and with all the amenities. The coffee is excellent, as are the croissants (everything is very fresh).
The owners are both helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

24/04/2025: Abbiamo riscontrato scortesia e poca professionalità da parte del gestore, solo per avere chiesto la lista del menù...facendoci anche alzare per andare via. Sconsigliatissimo
21/12/2024: Prima uscita di coppia e quindi di conoscenza, serata informale all'insegna dell'apericena e decidiamo di scegliere quetso locale.
Locale gradevole, con alcuni tavoli più tranquilli ed appartati dove oltre al cibo si può parlare tranquillamente, e si parte bene.
Il proprietario si prende cura di noi fin dall'inizio, in modo informale, simpatico e gentile, ed anche questo ci piace molto.
Restiamo colpiti dall'offerta di cibo che non si limita solo a sfiziosità da dividere in compagnia ma offre anche piatti più complessi e strutturati. Anche la carta dei vini è interessante.
Ecco che l'apericena iniziale si trasforma quindi uin una cena vera e propria.
Ottima l'entree con della culaccia, davvero profumata e saporita accompagnata da gnocco fritto. Si prosegue con un gulash di manzo su letto di polenta saporito e speziato al punto giusto, per chiudere infine con un favoloso tortino dolce al cuore di mirtillo eccezionale non solo al gusto ma anche alla vista.
Centrato l'abbinamento con un rosso al calice.
La ragazza che ci ha seguito al tavolo è stata deliziosa, gentile, rilassante, sorridente, ci ha coccolato per tutto il tempo. Prima di uscire una chiaccherata con il proprietario, scoprendo che Boutique cafè ha anche una vasta offerta di prodotti che si possono acquistare sul posto.
Che dire, una piacevole serata con una bella persona al mio fianco in cui il cibo ha aggiunto certamente un ulteriore piacere dando alla nostra serata delle piacevoli sfumature.
Bravi, ci avete davvero conquistati.
