The macaroni with pork ragout and porcini mushrooms is actually macaroni with crumbled sausage (perhaps you forgot to add the porcini mushrooms) the 4 cheese pizza with additional sausage was not eaten as it was too spicy for the children (they decided to put spicy salami instead of sausage).. I'm sorry, the food may be good, but it's not possible to order and not get what I actually paid for. I absolutely must integrate a fundamental point into my review: I received an apology from the place and what's more they offered me a way to make up for the "mistake". Faced with such professionalism and humility, I realize that the error in my order was certainly due to the probable amount of work in the kitchen, after all, those who work make mistakes as they say. 30/12/2024: I give one star because what happened is truly absurd and embarrassing for how it was handled, work lunch break we arrive we order in a single block as it was a quick lunch break 2 adults and a little girl we order at 12.39pm at 1.15pm half of the stuff ordered had yet to arrive, after we had already asked why but with an answer of little concreteness, further time passed and in any case nothing arrived so I asked again after 5 minutes that the little girl still had to eat and if they could at this point give me the take away portion of mixed fried food for the little girl since she still had to eat and we had to go back to work, I was answered with a strange face as if to say no, but I'm asking! He asks and I am told ok, while I am in a hurry I pay, I am apologized for their mistake and I am presented with a nice full bill of €56 and a micro portion of take-away fish for my daughter!!! Moral of the story, I'll pay, I'll go out and say NEVER AGAIN!!! I don't know what happened in the kitchen since they forgot half the order but I know for sure that it's not the way to treat a customer!!! As far as I'm concerned, it should be deleted! The only plus point goes to the poor boy who was making sushi next to us who is the only one who asked and noticed the problem that he didn't get to the food and who realized that the little girl hadn't eaten anything!!! The owner didn't have any problems other than saying sorry it was our mistake! Really embarrassing to charge a full price to a little girl who came out with a tiny tray of fish in her hand!!!!!!

24/09/2024: I spent a dream week at the Locanda Agnella, everything was perfect starting from the hospitality. Superlative food and all homemade. Very large room with lots of space for luggage and a stylish bathroom. Exceptional cleanliness. For those who want to visit Mantua, but also rest away from the mass of tourists, there is nothing better. Thanks Matteo and family!

I ordered the tagliatelle and they didn't even ask me how cooked it was and it was very cooked and with few potatoes near it. The mixed fish grill was small.
