06/01/2025: Exceptional! Excellent and abundant dishes, special risottos and even the amarone tortelloni, which were off the menu, were really good. Price is normal, for such abundant dishes it is definitely worth it. Family atmosphere, at times a little confusing but you can talk calmly with whoever is at your table. The sweet ending was a perfect conclusion. Advise!
05/01/2025: A dive straight into the typical cuisine of the border areas between Mantua and Verona. Risotto alla pilot and with simply amazing props. The risotto with salteri also deserves a mention, the portion in fact was a real mountain of rice, prawns and fried fish rigorously cleaned one by one so as to be very sweet to the taste. The great fried river fish instead surprised us with a catfish that weighed at least 4 ounces when raw, not counting the fried frogs and other sautées and small fish. Super fast and patient service. Excellent prices. Abundant parking.

Mantuan cuisine of excellent quality and at a fair and at the same time convenient price.

23/12/2024: Completely renovated, very welcoming and characteristic place. Craft beers and top food! Very pleasant evenings with live music.
22/12/2024: Finally, after a long wait due to the renovation of the premises, on 5 December 2024, it reopened, with new management, by the owner of the CASTELDARIESE BIRRIFICIO (Francesco, a profound connoisseur of the world of craft beer, and this says a lot... ), this Tap Room where you will find: a selection of craft beers of its own production, together with a careful selection of proposals relating to cuisine which, if you are hungry, you will surely be fully satisfied upon leaving, last but not least, for those interested, there are evenings with live music with excellent musicians.
Ah, one last detail: I gave 5 stars because it is not possible to assign more, but they would be well deserved!!!
