17/06/2025: I consider that continuing to keep this bar-restaurant open in a village with less than 200 inhabitants is a very courageous choice on the part of the owners, who do everything to guarantee customers a satisfying experience in the name of good typical food. Absolutely recommended not only for the goodness of the dishes, but also for the price significantly lower than most restaurants in the area! With 1 aperitif, 3 first courses, 3 waters and 2 coffees we spent €77 After lunch I recommend a walk in the village

20/06/2025: We stopped to eat at this place after getting off the Capanna Como, as it is located exactly at the end or beginning of the trail. Magnificent place, with the swimmable stream flowing underneath. The people who work there are very friendly and easy-going, and they gave us some valuable advice for the climb. Don't expect any gourmet dishes, but exactly what you want after climbing more than 1000 meters in altitude. Typical mountain recipes, from polenta to pizzoccheri. Honest prices: dividing two platters between 6, a first course, a drink and some desserts to share, just over 20 euros per person. You can't pay by card, so bring some cash to be safe. Perhaps the only criticism I feel like making is that the platters could have been a little more abundant.

08/06/2025: After a great hike, we found our pre-reserved table already set, even though we arrived almost an hour early. The food was authentic and delicious. At first, everything was served by the waitress, but as it got busier, it became more self-service. But that's not a problem at all, since you can order everything directly from the restaurant. The only point deducted is because it wasn't clear how things would work, and then there was a bit of confusion from time to time. The view and the crotto are idyllic and simply beautiful.
