04/02/2026: A Saturday evening with five friends. We're from the Duomo di Rovato area, and this trattoria in the lower part of the valley was wholeheartedly recommended to me by the owner of AZ. Quality and price: moderate and fair! They wanted to try their boiled meats (they tell me they're of unparalleled quality and deliciousness, but for this type of dish you have to book in advance). So what else to say, nothing, we were satiated by the delicious food, and slowly we made our way back to our respective beds. It was a special evening, one to return to this spring.
