01/02/2025: I was there on Friday 31st January and I had a really good time!
The welcome is fantastic, the boy was very sweet and thoughtful and didn't let us miss anything with your very good gentlemanly manners.
Also very good at giving explanations and enormously kind in bringing the dishes.
The boy is so attentive to customers that he noticed that our table was shaking and immediately came to tidy it up even though there was no need! Having such kind and attentive staff at your disposal is the best of the best and I have never seen such good manners in any restaurant! 100/10
The place is very nice and intimate,
The food is really good and the dishes are truly enormous! The boy offered to pack so as not to waste anything and I really like this mechanism!
I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat with exquisite food and EXCELLENT staff!!!

17/01/2025: I fully confirm my review from 3 years ago. Excellent business lunch. 14 euros for a first course, a second course, water and coffee. Choice between three or four first courses and three or four second courses. Dessert to replace a course.. fast and friendly service... among the first courses also pasta with fish, among the second courses possibility of fish.
. For 13 euros, first course with side dish, drink and coffee or second course with side dish, drink and coffee. Generous portions. Absolutely coming back
14/01/2025: La settimana scorsa io e Achy siamo stati al Ristorante la Cantoniera ed abbiamo preso la pizza.Lui "Italia" se non ricordo male, cotta solo alla base con ingredienti freschi sopra. La mia cotta normalmente. Le pizze buone,soprattutto l'impasto, il mio con una percentuale di grano arso. La mia pizza aveva pezzi di salsiccia,ma erano un pó duri,li ho dati al marito. Mozzarella filante ed abbondante. Un pochino effetto chewin gum. Poca salsa di pomodoro. Mio marito molto soddisfatto, i suoi ingredienti freschi sopra la base cotta. Cmq 2 buone pizze.
Ambiente caldo e confortevole, titolari gentili ed affabili, aperitivo offertoci.
Offrono anche il digestivo,ma non è questo l'importante, ma la gentilezza e cordialità che ci hanno permesso di sentirci a proprio agio.
Torneremo per assaggiare altri gusti (hanno salumi Bettella) ed altri piatti.

20/01/2025: What can I say, the pizza is always excellent and as far as the cuisine is concerned, everything is delicious from the fish to the meat, the tiramisu is delicious.
The rooms are all grouped in a courtyard which also serves as a car park.

29/01/2025: Elegant location, professional and timely service, despite some very small minor glitches. Fairly extensive menu offering both tasting menus and a la carte menus. Personally I chose a Florentine menu (the only tasting menu that had a minimum order of two diners and not for the whole table) with a truly exceptional quality-price ratio (including a starter of cured meats and cheeses, a Florentine steak weighing approximately 1 ,2kg and a dessert). the other diners ordered à la carte and found the dishes to be of excellent quality. Another positive note is the wine list with a vast choice of both Italian and foreign bubbles (champagne) and a good choice of wines, with prices suitable for all needs. Highly recommended.

Antipasto di torta fritta, la specialità, con salumi, carciofini e melanzane sott'olio; 3 primi: tagliatelle al ragù, pappardelle alla lepre, bigoli con salamella.
Con una birra da 0,66 e due bottiglie di acqua, in 3, 78,5 EUR.
Cibo ottimo, ambiente agee, prezzo eccessivo. 15 euro on meno e sarebbe stato 5 stelle secco.
30/07/2023: La torta fritta era eccezionale, elegante ed asciutta, servita in abbondanti porzioni con affettati di ottima qualità - particolarmente apprezzati il prosciutto crudo, color rosso vivo e dal sapore delicato, e la spalla cotta. Irresistibili i grissini di torta fritta con la nutella. L'ambiente caldo ed accogliente, merito della gestione, riscalda gli animi. Il bar ristorante Dama Viola, con il suo arredo da trattoria anni Ottanta, è una porta sul passato, un tocca sana per i nostalgici che amano perdersi nella magia di un tempo che ricordano a stento, o che magari non hanno mai vissuto. Semplice e confortevole, la Dama Viola offre un modo di fare gastronomia autentico - un'esperienza di cui è sempre più dificile godere nelle grandi città, ma che fortunatamente nelle periferie ancora resiste. La Dama Viola ne è un eccellente esempio. Ci torneremo volentieri!
