A wonderful experience at Il Molino, one of those authentic restaurants that are increasingly rare these days. The owner is delightful, welcoming, and visibly proud of her beautiful establishment: she even took us on a tour of the restaurant and the mill, passionately explaining how it works. Truly exceptional customer service. She also offered us an aperitif, appetizers, and first courses. The dishes were excellent: the handmade casoncelli were especially exceptional. That evening, we were also lucky enough to try stewed bear with polenta, a truly unique experience. The prices were very fair for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon. A big thank you to Giovanna and all the staff, who were so kind and attentive.
