01/05/2026: Today we went to this restaurant for our anniversary dinner and our friends' wife's birthday. What can I say? We had a truly wonderful time! We ate delicious casoncelli pasta recommended by the friendly owner, and spaghetti with clams, which my friend said were truly delicious. For our main course, we had a sliced ​​beef steak, calamari, and excellent mixed fried fish. And to top it off, we had an excellent freshly made fiordilatte ice cream. We left feeling truly satisfied with the meal and the fairness of the bill. THE PRAWNS WON WITH FULL MARKS

27/11/2025: Excellent experience with the "Menu Cibo di Mezzo" initiative. A beautiful and magical location that takes you back in time. The atmosphere is refined and the staff are knowledgeable. The menu is definitely interesting; I felt like a child again as I savored some of the flavors. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: After a few years, we returned to Saur for dinner. The cuisine and dishes raised the bar even further, revealing a truly remarkable exploration of pairings and flavors. The seven-course menu for €70 features noteworthy appetizers, each dish capturing all the flavors: acidic, bitter, savory, and smoky. Each dish is complex and complete, without resorting to the banality of "rich" ingredients, but rather focusing on fermentation, pairings, research, and a wealth of technique. The chef's visit to the tables at the end of the meal and during the meal to bring out a few dishes was delightful. My only criticism was that the wait time was a bit long, about 20-25 minutes between each course. An excellent experience, we can't wait to return!

08/02/2026: Nice, tidy, and clean place. The staff (especially the lady who served us) is attentive and friendly. The menu isn't extensive (though there are many pizza varieties), but it's still adequate. The warm focaccia instead of bread is appreciated. Breadsticks are also available. The pizza is good, well-cooked and well-topped. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend it if you're in the area.
