26/10/2025: Truly a fantastic experience!! We had lunch at this restaurant, having traveled from Verona based on word of mouth from friends who had tried it. What can I say... excellent ingredients, from appetizer to dessert a whirlwind of flavor and sophistication, the porcini mushroom dishes are a spectacle, a very welcoming place and the staff are friendly and very kind!! Definitely a must try!

We ate wonderfully at Gustando a NAVE: every dish was a delight, meticulously prepared and made with top-quality ingredients. The breaded porcini mushrooms were simply divine, one of those flavors that lingers in your memory. Everything we ordered was truly perfect: tasty, beautifully presented, and served with great care.
A special thanks to Federica Durosini for the warm welcome and the passion that shines through in every detail. "You always return to a place where you've had a good time." BRAVO 👏🏻

19/10/2025: I stayed there when I was 16, a beautiful hotel in the open countryside, stop by if you're in the area!

I participated in a dinner with jazz accompaniment which was then also able to be joined by the guests who wanted to.
Discreet atmosphere, good food and truly friendly and helpful service.
For an alternative evening with friends it's not bad!

12/07/2025: Pessimo! Ordinato tentacolo di polpo con purea di patate, qualcosa è andato storto in cucina ed era immangiabile!!
Segnalato il problema, nessuno si è scusato. Nessun gesto, nessun rimedio.
Ma sul conto, il polpo c’era. E si è fatto pagare fino all’ultimo euro.
Un approccio al cliente che lascia davvero l’amaro in bocca — più del piatto stesso.
03/06/2025: Questo ristorante è eccellente.
In primis per il servizio.
In secondo per la qualità del cibo (soprattutto il pesce).
Tutto veramente buonissimo.
