05/01/2025: I have been frequenting this bakery for years, when I go up to Ponte di Legno in the summer. It is an obligatory stop to enjoy truly delicious and fresh sweets and/or savories. The staff is really good and friendly. There is very convenient parking, a fresh water fountain and even practical toilets. The only flaw, there is no waste bin, there are only bins for use in the room (I presume).

05/01/2025: Spectacular cakes to eat and give as gifts. Fixed stop when going from Brescia to Ponte di Legno. My favorite is the one made with chestnut flour and walnuts. Show!!

28/12/2024: We stopped on a Sunday morning for an aperitif, 10 people, clean and spacious place inside, very friendly and helpful staff, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses that accompanied our aperitifs was very welcome. We will return even if this is not the first time that I have stopped at the Veliero because I know that the place is worth it.

22/12/2024: Incredibly good pizza, just a little overcooked last time. However, I want to say that upon my observation the manager seemed very sorry, apologizing repeatedly and not wanting me to pay for mine despite my willingness to pay it anyway, good honest man and for this he deserves all my respect. Every time I pass by I will be happy, with my wife, to eat their exceptional pizza. More than recommended

04/12/2024: Review for celiacs / gluten-free / gluten free: I called to get information about gluten-free bread and any contamination, I was reassured by the person on the phone, so I booked. Once I arrived I was told gluten free bread was there but none of the meat burgers were safe, only vegan and salmon burgers. For all the other ingredients such as: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauces etc. they couldn't tell me if they were safe or not. Therefore, I strongly advise against this place for celiacs as the staff is not sufficiently informed on the issue of celiac disease despite offering gluten-free sandwiches.

09/11/2024: A paradise for burgers. Possibility to compose your own sandwich with various ingredients and my result delighted my palate. The local cow burger was outstanding. But all the other ingredients were also fresh and of high quality. My son also devoured his sandwich. All with excellent local beer to aid digestion. Buckwheat beer is very particular. Very kind staff. Wonderful discovery for a Venetian like me.
