The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, just like a trattoria of the past. The owner, Matteo, is an exquisite person: kind, helpful and with a contagious friendliness that immediately puts you at ease. But let's get to the food: a real explosion of flavors! I tasted the typical dishes of Camunian cuisine and was surprised by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Every bite was a journey into taste, an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a place to taste real local cuisine, in a familiar and convivial environment, the Cavallino is the right place for you! Highly recommended!

02/02/2025: Very good pizza, a bit of a wait but the place was full. Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful service.

13/01/2025: Ate well..... Abundant dishes, excellent fish dishes but also excellent cold cuts.... Inside a little dark and then narrow tables, better the heated veranda.
