04/02/2026: I didn't use the hotel, only the dinner.
01/02/2026: Tried the restaurant today.
A great experience: top location, top-notch service without the snobbishness of the more expensive "restaurants."
The food is anything but predictable, with excellent pairings.
The menu is satisfying in taste and even more so in portions.
A varied wine list with fair prices.
What more can I say?
It's not close, but it's worth trying again.
