14/05/2026: Restaurant located in the immediate vicinity of the Sanctuary. The fixed menu was €13 (I paid a little more because I ordered dessert). Everything was really good and plentiful. The service was fast and the staff were extremely friendly. There were two of us without reservations and we found a table, but the restaurant was really busy, so reservations are recommended. The food was excellent, thank you.

10/05/2026: We had lunch today for a cousins' reunion. Excellent food, excellent service despite us being a large group and the place being packed. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

02/06/2026: Very kind owners, very good food, low prices for what we ate. The location is a bit of a shame, but the outdoor setting is cool and pleasant.

25/03/2026: Truly exceptional aperitivo in Caravaggio! 🍷✨ A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and a simply delicious wine selection perfectly paired with fresh and carefully selected appetizers. The ideal place to unwind after a long day or to start the evening in good company.

16/07/2026: A top restaurant. I stumbled upon it while visiting the nearby sanctuary. The Sunday set menu is always a guarantee of delicious food at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. Going there has become a habit.

02/12/2025: Sunday, November 30, 25. Arrived at 1:35 PM after visiting the sanctuary. Greeted with the most beautiful, heartfelt smile one could hope for, they set up a large walnut table for me, and we began with the drinks: given that I don't like the mayor's water, so I'll skip it, the wines... I don't like barrel-aged wines, not even a little, so the super-patient lady with a kind smile brings me four different bottles. I apologize, saying, ...if everyone did as I do, you'd still be serving appetizers to those who came in at noon. But you, imperturbable, with your serene smile, ...don't worry, take your time. Read the labels, in the end, none of them said anything about it, I skip the review (too often overused, inconsistent) and choose a red from the Roman hills... excellent!! The appetizers of the three, ...huh..?! . Another super accommodating lady gets me out of trouble... I make her a trio... the bread that the various delicious little dishes required, they were my downfall... but it was necessary, I forgot, I moved a beautiful bowl, generously filled with a beautiful Russian salad, I didn't want my tears to fall into it, sacrificed for the rest. I move on to the first course, fresh pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms and mushroom cream. A delight, it deserved more than a sandwich to go with it, I forced myself to say NO, to make room for..... But I can't take it anymore, ... I feel like crying at the three main courses, and at the delicious off-menu dishes... boned rabbit and lampredotto. I move on to the good coffee with a small bottle of house Amaro at my disposal. But I won't give up, I'll come back with more friends and we'll show them off....

19/07/2026: The menu is intended to be sophisticated, but at times it feels a bit pretentious, with names that aren't always immediately clear. When we asked for clarification on a "Caol Ila sauce," we were told, "But it's a whisky, isn't it?" in an almost annoyed tone, as if it were assumed everyone should know that name. The main problem, however, was the service, which seemed haphazard and inattentive. A diner with intestinal issues had ordered a simple pasta dish and, asking for a little oil, was told, "But it's already in there," as if adding any wasn't possible. For a coffee, sweetener was requested and only one sachet was delivered. Another diner ordered a coffee listed as "Lavazza BLUE" from the menu and was served a decaf, claiming that "BLUE" meant decaffeinated. This isn't the case: BLUE is the brand name for a Lavazza system that includes various blends, not necessarily decaffeinated. In any case, if decaf is served exclusively, it should be clearly specified on the menu. The waiters also seemed to have trouble remembering orders, and the dishes arrived unevenly, forcing diners to eat at different times. We were seated in a rather cramped and hot room, where it was difficult to move around, but this was a minor issue compared to the general feeling of confusion. The food, overall, was decent, but a bit pricey and not enough to make up for the poorly organized service and some unnecessarily arrogant attitudes. It's not an experience that will make you want to return.
