28/12/2024: We went today for lunch. Tasty menu.. few things but good. There were 5 of us so we tasted 5 different dishes and it was all excellent. Tiziana and the girl in the room were very kind!!!

24/11/2024: I stayed one night in this hotel and I must say that it has really comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.

24/11/2024: We stayed at the Hotel Garden for a weekend and were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff (which is no longer a given) and we felt pampered!!! Our Cloe ( Simillabrador ) was welcome and pampered by everyone. To complete this splendid experience we found a large and clean room, as well as an excellent varied breakfast, all fresh and very good and what can we say about the very kind and attentive dining room staff like all the staff. If you pass through Albisola our advice is to stop for a few nights at the Garden hotel and be pleasantly surprised!!!

24/08/2024: La prima sera arrivati ad Albissola ci hanno consigliato di cenare in questo ristorante. Credetemi un vero disastro. Se non fosse per il buon cibo avrei dato 0 come voto. Personale sgarbato e davvero poco da dire. Arriviamo davanti alla porta e come faccio di solito mi avvicino all entrata e comunico di avere una prenotazione per 6 alle 20, risposta: MA NON VEDI CHE STO LAVORANDO OGGI ROMPETE TUTTI A ME. Va be aspettiamo 15m, mi avvicino ad una ragazza che finalmente ci dirige al nostro tavolo, ci lancia il menù sul tavolo e iniziamo a scegliere, dopo qualche minuto arriva a prendere l ordinazione e mio marito inizia ad ordinare la sua parte che consisteva in un antipasto e un secondo, la cameriera lo guarda male e gli dice che QUI LE ORDINAZIONI SI PRENDONO IN ORDINE, quindi non avrebbe potuto ordinare un antipasto e un secondo.. Arriva a me ordino un primo alla bambina e successivamente un secondo x me e per mio marito ( dato che prima non poteva) e le specifico se fosse possibile portare prima il primo per la bambina dato che aveva fame (4 anni) risposta: CERTO COME GIÀ DETTO LE COMANDE ESCONO IN ORDINE. Morale abbiamo mangiato prima noi il secondo e la bambina verso le 22 le è arrivato il primo. Senza contare che avevo specificato che il piatto fosse per la bambina mi aspettavo che dicesse che gli spaghetti fossero piccanti ma va be sorvoliamo. Spero che il motivo di questo trattamento sia solo dovuto al fatto che in agosto forse lavorano di più e forse non sono capaci a gestire lo stress. Ma credetemi non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. Ciliegina sulla torta, quando usciamo io con bambina in braccio dormiente ormai cammino e lo stesso cameriere che avevo incrociato all inizio mi guarda e fa MA TI VUOI SPOSTARE CHE IO STO LAVORANDO!

22/09/2024: Nice environment, friendly staff, good food... BUT in the end THEY got the bill wrong and made us pay more, I asked for a refund, the lady redid the bill 3 times and every time another result came out! They were celebrating and you can see she was happy, she gave me €20 back, even if it was double! She threw the money at me on the counter and was very angry!... NEVER AGAIN!!!!
