31/03/2024: Degustazione 7 portate. Che dire... Uno stellalato al quale manca solo la stella, vi auguriamo di averla presto. Prezzo irrisorio per la qualità e la ricerca della proposta. Per gusti personali, avrei preferito un jus de viande con il maialino ed un pizzico di acidità in più nel piatto con l'uovo. Il locale è bellissimo, raffinate tonalità di colori. Stupenda cucina a vista, peccato veramente non poterla vedere dalla sala. Vi auguriamo il meglio!

24/03/2024: They place is beautiful but we left unsatisfied with the experience. We've been to Michelin places before, but this one fell short. We tried the 5-course menu with wine pairings, but nothing really stood out. The dishes were the same as what you could get individually. We were hoping for some surprises from the chef, but it didn't happen. If was to chose I would not chosen that ones. They even served a soup as last and main dish since I said I don’t eat meat… and it wasn't great. We normally hope to finish with a nice meal before desert but this didn’t happen. In the menu there were better options to finish with I could have chosen. They serve too much bread and it feels overwhelming and unnecessary. And the wine pairings weren't much better. They served Prosecco and two white wines, and one really bad rosé with the main dish. NO RED WINE. And to finish a dessert wine, which no one never likes. If you want to try the restaurant I recommend to chose your dishes and your wine. You will have a much better experience.

07/04/2024: 5 stars because you can't get more. Luca and Debora are two restaurateurs who welcome you into their home, the environment is warm, intimate and refined; the service is excellent, but the strong point of this restaurant remains the food: the quality is superb, the dishes are refined and fully represent the territory, sea and land merged in a riot of flavours. Excellent wine, spatial location in front of the gulf, a wonderful point of energy in which to enjoy the pleasures of taste, sight and smell at the same time. The prices are super modest for the quality and quantity of the offer. We also celebrated our wedding at the Bertolini hosteria and the unanimous acclaim of 60 guests at Luca and Debora's cuisine leads me to write this review to thank them again for the excellent sensorial experience we had.

18/02/2024: Just before Valentine's Day we found a roundup of themed desserts, beautiful! We couldn't resist and got ourselves a delicious cake with caramel, stracciatella and toasted almonds to eat on February 14th. On the spot instead we tasted a cereal biscuit and ice cream. The only flaw of the latter was that, unlike the taste with the salted caramel which was spacey, the cream was almost tasteless and even a little frozen. For the rest, however, everything was excellent.

01/04/2024: BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WHEN YOU BOOK. We ate at Easter, the service was very slow, the food was edible, nothing special.... on a negative note, we booked for 9 adults and two children aged 5 and 2 with a high chair. We had 9 meals from 55 euros and a children's menu from 25 euros which consisted of a pasta with tomato sauce and a cordon bleu (frozen and cooked) without dessert. After paying the bill for 9 adults and 1 child we heard ourselves called back as we were leaving rudely who didn't we had paid for the second child's lunch which we did not consume. We had to pay 25 euros for the same without having consumed it because the telephone reservation had been for two children. Absurd enough to never go there again.
