21/05/2025: The pizza is good, but from a capricciosa you expect something more: only two olives and half an artichoke (divided in two) on the whole pizza are really few, especially considering that the price is certainly not under 10 euros. Adding a few more ingredients I don't think would affect the food cost that much. Too bad, because the basic quality is there.

18/04/2025: A stunning restaurant in a homey atmosphere, the food is amazing, the service is perfect, the steak was perfect, the potatoes were perfect, the handmade spinach and cheese ravioli was great, the traditional pita bread called Panigachi was a bomb!!! You must order the pita bread and season it on a plate with olive oil, salt and pepper. And the dessert called cannelloni stuffed with pudding was stunning! The house wine was great. We were treated to an alcoholic drink at the end of the meal. Pure pleasure! Highly recommend! I will come again!

21/05/2025: We ordered two pizzas for pickup. The staff was very friendly, the pizzas were prepared quickly, but unfortunately, the taste wasn't great. We've had much better pizza.

15/02/2025: Refined restaurant in the center of Carrara. Refined, varied, good quality dishes for any type of customer. In particular I would mention "Si Spampata la Penna", a fish first course, to be taken even just for the artistic name of the dish (in short for the sought-after name, the result of commitment, emotion and culinary passion), an elegant and intense location capable of providing a true taste experience. Reasonable prices and well-equipped staff. Attentive to customer needs Class and passion at the service of Carrara I recommend Ristorarte!!!

01/05/2025: Excellent ravioli (especially the vegan ones) and good anchovies, the house wine is also good, the La Spezia-style cod is excellent, grilled vegetables with capers and cherry tomatoes are definitely worth trying, the stuffed cabbage is excellent.
