29/11/2025: A very good discovery, a nice, rather classy setting, clean, an almost perfect restaurant, a few minor drawbacks: you sink a little too deeply into the chairs which is not very comfortable, the vegetables that accompany the octopus are slightly undercooked, and the portions are a little small... but otherwise a pleasant experience!

14/11/2025: A real treat from start to finish, a spectacular carbonara, mouthwatering meat, and impeccable service. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

18/11/2025: Very nice place on two levels and friendly staff, unfortunately disappointed by the pizza, most likely frozen and absolutely not worth the price

15/11/2025: Good pizza (Napoli) and service. Do NOT take the Montepulciano!! Worse wine ever (quality, not a matter of taste); so much I didn't drink it! Taste like vinegar, and even not a good one.

08/12/2025: We go to Cocoon for breakfast at 9:20... They bring us a menu with a ton of interesting things, we choose, but when we order they tell us that breakfast is available from 10:00 onwards... But what if it's breakfast???????????? So we settle for what's available, even though we later (unfortunately) found plenty of other places in the area where they were already serving the entire menu at that time.

28/09/2025: A truly amazing experience; the owners are committed to quality without compromise. Handmade products and a great selection of wines at a fair price. Thanks to the chef for the delicious dishes.

26/09/2025: Delicious food, authentic Italian home cooking, no frills. Everything we ordered was heavenly. Desserts were heavenly: the panacotta and cheesecake were exquisite.

14/12/2025: The restaurant is beautifully decorated (Christmas) and the service is perfect. The food is very good and the portions are generous. The aperitif and digestif are complimentary (for everyone!!). However, be aware of the prices of the daily specials, as the pasta dish with truffles in a wheel of cheese is €70 for one person!!! A must-try, right in the heart of San Remo.

09/11/2025: A very pleasant evening with traditional Ligurian dishes and friendly staff: Il Rustichello is located on the first hills of Sanremo, among the alleyways of the famous Poggio climb, the final stretch of the "Milan-Sanremo" cycling race. 🏘️🌅🍃

20/10/2025: A pleasant evening at this lovely restaurant in Sanremo's Casino district. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bill was in line with the price. A welcome glass of prosecco was much appreciated, along with a couple of pieces of focaccia. Recommended if you're in the area.

19/10/2025: An elegant restaurant in the center of Sanremo, right across from the Casino. Extensive meat and fish menu; generous portions. The welcome prosecco was very welcome. Desserts are a bit weak compared to the rest.

30/11/2025: Quintessenza Restaurant is one of those places where you sit down and immediately understand that the food is at the center of everything. The setting is refined but not overbearing, with a relaxed atmosphere that lets you enjoy dinner from start to finish. The dishes are truly excellent: elegant presentations, fresh ingredients, and well-thought-out pairings. Each course delivers clean, balanced flavors, and you can taste the work behind them. The dishes are carefully prepared, and the quality is consistent from the first to the last. It's one of those restaurants where it's hard to choose what you liked best because everything is just right. And even though it's always crowded, you can still chat comfortably and enjoy the evening. The kindness of the staff is another strong point: welcoming, smiling, and present without being intrusive. They explain the dishes calmly and follow the pace of the dinner well. Overall, it's a restaurant worth a visit in Sanremo: excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that makes the evening special.

30/11/2025: We loved it! We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance, and what a great find! The menu had some lovely options, the dishes were delicious, and the price was excellent. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

12/11/2025: OK, it is simple. You come to this place for the meat, the meat and well yes indeed for the meet. As a starter the steak tartare is pure and delicious, the main course is mind boggling. Cooked to perfection, our Angus beef was a feast. Probably the dolces are great too, but we must had a brandy to digest the whole experience. The light could be dimmed a bit to get a more cosier atmospheres but hey ... You come for the meat right 👍

30/08/2025: The food was delicious, with generous portions (we shared the tagliatelle and gnocchi between us). The only downside is the outdoor tables: if you eat outside, it's very windy in the evening, and the food gets cold very quickly.
