17/02/2025: We had lunch with my partner after several years of wanting to try this restaurant. Among the restaurant's offerings, in addition to the à la carte menu, there were also 3 tasting menus of 5, 6 and 8 courses. We chose the one for 6 consisting of 3 appetizers, a first course, a second course and a dessert. It should be noted that there are welcome tastings and farewell small pastry tastings, as well as a continuous supply of freshly baked and truly delicious homemade bread and focaccia. Without going into the details of each dish, we were happily satisfied with the refinement of the dishes, the quality of the raw materials and the attention to preparation and plating. The fact that every few months a new menu is proposed to always offer seasonal products says a lot about the quality of the kitchen staff. The service was equally top notch, always present, never indiscreet or intrusive, accompanying us throughout the tasting journey. It is undoubtedly a place that deserves to be tried and even more so to be revisited as soon as possible. The hard work behind it has undoubtedly produced a great result. Compliments!
