22/06/2025: After seeing good reviews, I went to this place. At the first attempt I failed because there was no room, after trying to get the owner at the entrance to look at me who continued to ignore me I managed to book a table for the next day. The next day I finally went: I ordered tagliolini with seafood and was brought a plate of clams (the other seafood disappeared?), half of which were still closed, at the bottom of the plate a lot and a lot of sand, and above all A STONE!!! How can something like this happen? Pure madness, and I wasn't even offered anything to apologize... never see you again

12/01/2025: A real Ligurian highlight! Wonderful antipasti, the best virgin olive oil and really friendly staff in a great atmosphere. We were there for the second time and loved it both times! Extra bonus: the fine (native, extra virgin) products to take away cost a fraction of the price here in the store 3 liters of olive oil just over €50

01/06/2025: We went to this restaurant on the evening of May 31st, passing by without a reservation, and we got a table very quickly.
The waitress was very kind and professional; she spoke Italian, English, and French.
We followed her advice on the wine, which was very good.
The food was good, without unnecessary frills. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.
Don't hesitate!

21/06/2025: Unfortunately, my last experience at this bar-restaurant was disappointing. Compared to the previous management, there is a clear disorganization that makes the environment less pleasant and the service less fluid. There really is no comparison.
The quality of the food is also poor, a real shame because it used to be a strong point.
However, there is a positive note to underline: the two waiters from the previous management have stayed, and it shows! They are always competent, reliable and super kind to customers. The girl in particular is really good and professional, a real ray of sunshine in a context that unfortunately has lost a lot.

The only positive side.
We ate on Saturday night, attracted by the possibility of watching the match on the 2 large screens placed at the top of the dedicated space, but it is not a restaurant.
At the restaurant you can choose food, here no, there is no menu to eat.
We were offered lasagna, mini portion, and sandwiches with salami or porchetta or cutlet.
The other ingredients of the sandwich were not specified, the chef chose for us. They didn't even have salami, but we only found out after an hour of waiting. But the problem wasn't just us. They lost our reservation made in the morning, they made one mess after another with all the customers by moving tables and plastic chairs while people were just trying to eat peacefully and in company. Everyone was unhappy, at least one mistake in the reservation of seats and food at every table. Some ate with the diners watching them, some ate without drinking, some didn't eat at all and left on an empty stomach. If the old management had written on the awning restaurant, and you withdrew the premises, it does not authorize you to consider yourselves restaurateurs, on the contrary. And at least be honest by specifying it when taking reservations. Terrible, very bad impression with the foreigners present

10/06/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, every time I've even just passed by I've noticed that all the flavors are always available and the ice cream is sublime, a unique immersion in taste.
The place is welcoming and very clean, you can tell it's very well-kept, the owner is a magnificent person who does her job excellently. Great location, with seats placed outside. 5 stars well deserved also for the attention given to the four-legged friends for whom there is always a bowl of fresh water.
Highly recommended, it's worth it

30/08/2024: Cena veloce di passaggio lungo la strada Ormea - Imperia.
Devo dire di essere rimasto piacevolmente impressionato. Ristorante con Hotel storico, pavimento in palchetto e sedie in legno.
Tavoli ben distanziati. Servizio veloce e cortese. Bellissimo respirare l'aria di una volta.
Tris di antipasti. Ottima tartare di fassona con tartufo, fonduta e tuorlo d’uovo impanato.
Sformatino di basilico e flan di porri con polentina saracena, e per finire baccalà mantecato.
Ravioli al sugo. Tutto buono e anche visivamente piacevole. Ma quello che mi ha impressionato è il costo.
A Torino, sarebbero stati 3 piatti di antipasto da 15 euro l'uno (ormai i prezzi sono fuori controllo...)
Qui il tris è costato 16 euro. Ed eravamo già quasi sazi così.
Unico neo. Se si finiscono i funghi, conviene dirlo subito, invece di aspettare la nostra ordinazione e poi dire che erano finiti...
Sicuramente torneremo.

23/08/2024: Sullo Scollinamento dell’Appennino ligure, Sulla statale da Imperia verso Garessio, c’è questo storico ristorante che rappresenta una tappa fissa e memorabile. Gusti della tradizione della buona cucina rivisitati in ottica moderna. Dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi fino i dolci ed il servizio tutto ottimo. Sublime tartaree di fassona con tartufo, fonduta e tuorlo d’uovo impanato, sformatino di basilico e flan di porri e per finire gli antipasti misti: brandacujun. Tutto eccellente. Primi dai plin ai tagliolini ai funghi porcini c’è da sbizzarrirsi, uno più buono dell’altro. Per i secondi: le carni sono tenerissime, anche la trota al burro è buonissima e che dire del cinghiale… provare per credere.Ambiente tranquillo, sempre pulito ed ordinato ed il personale attento, gentile e sorridente. Il servizio è rapido.

12/06/2025: I ordered Pizza Margherita with Mozzarella and The pizza came unsliced, Like they didn't slice it up and it was not good service, i cannot slice my own pizza it'll make it worse.
The atmosphere was pretty chill, there were Different places to eat like their own restaurant and you can also eat outside, That was pretty good.
And there was one Waiter he was pretty funny.
The Mozzarella on my Pizza was cold, i didn't like that cuz i usually eat sliced up and hot mozzarella.
The Crust was also good as usual but i dont think there was a special thing about the food. It depends if you like your mozzarella cold und your pizza unsliced.

08/07/2025: During our visit, my partner and I encountered a server who was clearly unwilling to perform his duties. Following an error in taking our order, the server disputed our complaint, claiming that the dish served corresponded to our initial request. Furthermore, he started a conversation about us with another customer, which created a feeling of deep discomfort. I do not recommend this restaurant; what's more, we had a very poor meal.
07/07/2025: We had fried fish, eggplant parmiggiana, and lasagna.
The fried fish was okay, but the parmiggiana and lasagna were cold, and therefore not fresh, but simply "reheated."

05/07/2025: You have millions and with these temperatures you keep the air conditioning off inside the restaurant; among other things it is also disgusting that those who serve ready-to-eat food are soaked in sweat! Incredible... in Imperia even McDonald's is disgusting!

03/07/2025: We are customers of Imperia we come often and every time the staff treats us badly except for one girl who I think is the manager... Today the best thing happened: I asked to remove a sauce that I'm allergic to from a sandwich and they told me no the sandwich is already made you take it like this...
