08/07/2025: I gave the food three stars not because it wasn't good (it was excellent and plentiful), but because, for obvious cost-saving reasons, there's little choice, but there are still three starters, three main courses, and three side dishes to choose from.
The service is fast, attentive, and courteous.
The atmosphere is that of a country trattoria: clean, pleasant, and familiar. You can sit inside or outside in the cool shade, among flowerpots. I won't tell you how much it costs, but go and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
05/07/2025: One stops high up, in the cool, with genuine dishes, and helpful and smiling staff. Ravioli alla Lepre superlative, abundant and varied cutting board. Fair prices, as they should be....

23/08/2025: I call to book, they put me on hold... they chat and don't answer the phone anymore... after three minutes I hang up... if they treat customers like this... imagine how they cook.
18/08/2025: We have visited Da Pippi during Ferragosto initially as a backup because many restaurants were closed.
At the end we were glad about this coincidence and it is truly a local highlight. The service was excellent and the quality of the menu was outstanding. We had Pasta as Primi Piatti and they were authentic and delicious. As Secondi we had calve with potatoes and this was amazing. The gravey was amongst the best I have ever had so far. As dessert we asked what was the most popular one for the place and it turned out to be pana cotta. It was so soft, tasty and delicious!
Also the Ambiente was nice.
We can only recommend to visit this restaurant.

14/08/2025: This restaurant has been our go-to stop for many years now, the start of our long-awaited holidays! Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and a friendly owner. Both regulars and new guests mingle, and the friendly atmosphere makes you feel part of a community. Good food, a real place. You might even encounter baptisms, birthdays of centenarian grandmothers, or Sunday family reunions, but always without excessive noise and stressed waiters! You will always be welcome!

18/08/2025: We arrived at 1:30 PM and were refused service because the kitchen was already closed. It's a shame other people were coming in to eat...could the small dog be the problem? Anyway, it's not close to the highway as the reviews read. Not worth it.

Dated place but with a pleasant atmosphere.
Homely but precise service. Standard dishes.
Looking at the menu, the quality/price ratio seems excellent.
On the other hand, à la carte it could be a little expensive.

13/06/2025: Although we only ate and drank 2 cappuccinos and 2 brioches, we were absolutely thrilled with the ambience, the staff, and the quality of the coffee and brioche.
