Ester and Francesco are the two very kind owners who, together with their sweet dog Maia, always welcome customers with a smile. Tip: the chocolate and raspberry cake, a must try!

09/01/2025: If you want to taste excellent home-made desserts, with very fresh, colorful ingredients and original combinations, this is the right place. Ester and Francesco, the owners are fantastic people, always available and kind. As an added value there is Maya, the sweet little dog who "welcomes" you when you enter, but is never intrusive, in fact very polite and discreet. I recommend the sprouts filled with excellent cream Stefania

07/02/2025: Vado in questo ristorante perché ne ho sentito parlare bene.. entriamo accolti da cameriera indaffarata che ci dice di andare avanti...si passa in un giardino e poi ...IL SALONE!! Una sala in stile URSS anni 80...una casa del popolo con un tragico soffitto di stelline ma ... spento. Ci fanno luce 4 lampade a luce fredda tipo caserma. MENÙ breve e deciso I PIATTI : generosi ma impiattamento da festa dell unità ! Cibo buono . Grissini ottimi! (Roberto) In generale una esperienza sociologico culinaria da consigliare a chi non ha bisogno di fronzoli. Ah! Dopo fatevi consigliare tintoria per i vestiti ( per fortuna nessuno ha preso fritto...ma nonostante ciò...) ! Prezzo ben più che onesto .

05/01/2025: An excellent 2 stars. varied and quality cuisine, kindness and courtesy at the top: Mrs. Silvia and the 2 girls who served the tables were truly professional and attentive to customer needs. We had a really good time for 3 days, Mr. Sergio was good in the kitchen. SILVIO and ANGELA.

15/09/2024: The old management was better. We know that friendliness doesn't exist in Liguria, but here we are right underground. A friend of mine and I sit at the bar to have breakfast. The waitress arrives and takes the order of two cappuccinos and a brioche for him. We hadn't even finished the order before he left, leaving no room for my words. He comes back with the tray already asking to pay but as soon as I point out that I wanted a brioche I sense his annoyance and he goes to get me what I asked for. There are ways and ways to serve customers, I don't think I will go back again.

08/10/2024: Weekend in this charming period villa, the restaurant above all, memorable lobster tagliatelle and seafood salad, comfortable room, kind and quick staff in serving at the table, congratulations. Update August 2024: the Hotel unfortunately no longer serves restaurant

01/10/2024: Not for anyone who needs an elevator or assistance. This is a beautiful old villa that is very clean, with modern private bathrooms. The hotel is situated on a quiet side street, but it's close to the piazza and sea front. All good so far. But a big red flag is that there is NO elevator, at the same time that there are 40+ stairs to be negotiated with your luggage. Stairs up from the parking lot to the terrace, then stairs up from the terrace to the main reception floor, then stairs up from reception to the rooms above. If you are not able-bodied, this hotel is not a good choice for you. To add to it, the reception staff (one person) played on her phone and did not offer to help even once while my husband and I struggled past her up the stairs (two trips) with our various pieces of luggage. Terrible service.

05/01/2025: Prenotato al volo e senza conoscerlo per un pranzo prima di rimetterci in viaggio di ritorno da una breve vacanza. Eravamo in 10 e in 10 siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Una cucina non commerciale e tutta uguale come in tanti posti sul lungomare, piatti semplici, particolari e non banali. Pasta fresca buonissima. Un bel ricordo che ci portiamo a casa e lo consiglieremo sicuramente!

Tovaglia a quadri ,simpatia delle ragazze che servono ai tavoli , cibo fatto in casa di qualità superiore allo standard con equilibrio dei sapori . Piacevoli sorprese offerte dal titolare molto preparato sulla cucina . Torneremo sicuramente

07/11/2024: Had dinner without reservation, kind and helpful. Handmade pansotti, excellent. Calzone stuffed with fresh ingredients, excellent. Sweet like grandma's homemade, exciting.

12/08/2024: My boyfriend and I had a great time! The place was really nice and welcoming, the food was excellent and of good quality (in particular the prawns with basil and the penne with scampi were exquisite) and the portions were honest. The service was quick and efficient, the waiter friendly and helpful, and the prices in line with the normal restaurant prices found around. If you happen to be in Lavagna I suggest stopping at this restaurant, it gave us a splendid evening.

31/07/2024: Overcooked pasta, lonely and annoyed waiter, TV with silent music videos, long wait. If everyone else doesn't have a place and this does, there will be a reason. Heavy bill, of course.
