03/09/2025: A medieval village just a few kilometers from Castagneto Carducci (LI). Perfectly preserved and very charming, it seems frozen in time. Full of local craft shops, wine bars, and restaurants, it's a little Tuscan gem. Highlights include the castle with its stunning entrance gate, as well as the 5 km of cypress trees lining the driveway leading to the village. The famous "cypresses" were made famous by the poem "Davanti San Guido" by Giosuè Carducci. Must-sees

12/05/2025: Pasticceria eccezionale! Da anni unto di riferimento per torte ,panettoni, pandori paste e qualsiasi prodotto dolciario. Ieri una meravigliosa torta millefoglie con crema e cioccolato e una nuvola di panna con soggetto Harry potter per la mia nipotina , bellissima e buonissima. Da sempre una garanzia da quando sono entrata nella loro Pasticceria. Non ultima gentilezza e disponibilità

23/10/2025: October 2025 "1Hotel Splendid X 1 Splendid stay" My husband, I, and our Zoe had the pleasure of returning to the "Splendid Hotel" after a year. The hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness truly set us apart from the many surrounding hotels. The value for money is truly unmatched. The hotel offers its guests a beautiful, well-equipped beach, unparalleled access via a charming path without having to cross any streets, ideal for child safety; a swimming pool; and the hotel's private parking. Various and carefully prepared family cuisine, with a choice of four first courses and four second courses, one of which is always fish. A wonderful, varied, all-you-can-eat buffet welcomes you in the dining room. A magnificent international breakfast awaits guests on the fourth floor with a panoramic terrace. We would first and foremost like to sincerely thank the management for their helpfulness and attention, as well as all the attentive staff, from the reception (Simona) to the dining room (Cristian), the kitchen staff, and the room service. -It was truly a wonderful stay. 21/10/2025: I stayed at this wonderful hotel for work! Perfect structure, very comfortable and quiet rooms! Super smiling and helpful reception staff! Restaurant with excellent dishes... and very attentive waiting staff! Plus, it's very conveniently close to the center and the seafront...
