As a business owner, I know how much a negative comment can weigh on those who are committed to hard work, but after reading the managers' responses, I decided to intervene. Is it possible that, following the numerous complaints about the entrees, which I agree with, you haven't thought about what to improve? That perhaps something is wrong? Too much starch and ZERO flavor for the truffle and porcini mushroom pici. Excellent grilled food. But above all, NEVER respond to reviews in this tone, even if it's rude, you only make the situation worse. If you're not interested in understanding and improving, so be it. But the entrees are just plain bad—among the worst I've ever eaten—and the cheeses are better left alone, and don't bring up the same old story about them being handmade on site. Polite staff. I hope this review helps us improve.

21/09/2025: We ate here for a family lunch. We had the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle (actually, truffle sauce). We found the dishes average, though we found them quite elaborate. The service and prices are reasonable for a farmhouse restaurant.
