The menu appears quite complex in this profound mix of sea and land. The problem is that the flavors were not perceived due to the incredible excess of salt. It can certainly happen, as can the presence of sand, but the table next to us also had to send their dishes back and they had a different order. What is more difficult to understand, however, is the lack of humility of the chef who goes out and goes to the next table (and then also to ours), to attribute the responsibility for the excess of flavor exclusively to the nature of the ingredients and the raw materials that Since it is sea fish, it is normal for it to be salty.
