25/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant with a very well-kept and beautiful garden that directly overlooks the lake. I was a little disappointed because I would have expected more options on the menu. The dishes seemed rather simple and the choice quite limited. In my opinion, such a beautiful restaurant deserves a more sophisticated menu. I don't doubt the quality and freshness of the products, but I had been there about 6/7 years ago and I had better memories of the cuisine.

19/08/2024: Very kind staff, from the girls in the dining room to the owner who makes the pizza himself in the wood-fired oven! Supplì and chips among the best we have ever eaten. In Rome we have forgotten about this type of quality. The pizza, a vegetarian one (finally lots of vegetable seasoning!!!!) and a mushroom one, really excellent with proper dough... what can I say, more, I would like to have them at home!

16/08/2024: Experience to forget! An hour and twenty minutes of waiting to serve 6 pizzas. We ask to pay for what we had consumed before leaving and we are attacked by the waiter, who throws the orders of the other tables on the table to demonstrate their good faith (tables arrived later and served first as they are relatives of the owner) and then also by the staff of the kitchen. They bring us the bill (after a reminder) telling us arrogantly: "if you want, go away, but the pizzas are coming out so pay for them now". Not knowing how to manage 120 seats (the owner's words) in these August days means not knowing your job. Everything is understandable when you work hard(?), it would have been enough to apologize, rather than manage a bad evening with rudeness and an intimidating attitude. A pregnant wife and a 2 year old child in tow gave me back the composure to avoid a completely different epilogue. P.s. no apologies from anyone, but a discount of 8 euros (not requested) on the total (practically not even the equivalent of the cover charge). Go and do your alms in church. P.s.2 after us another table had to undergo the same treatment with a little theater worthy of the best TV series

28/07/2024: Absolutely unique place, on the shores of the lake with lots of green space and ducks. Menu not too extensive but of good quality. Courteous service. Enter my favorite restaurants for sure!

20/07/2024: Prenotato per provare un nuovo ristorante nei pressi del lago di Bracciano, tutto ineccepibile dal servizio al cibo, frittura e patate al forno ottime, prezzi nella media dove c'è anche la vista "da pagare" per modo di dire. Esito positivo, sicuramente tornerò.

26/07/2024: With the scorching temperatures of these days we would have liked to eat in a cool environment... instead they didn't serve inside but only outside. In any case they didn't have an air conditioning system inside 😳 Is this conceivable in the year 2024??? 🤔 Result: a nice heat stroke. Of course they won't see us again.

17/08/2024: Excellent restaurant by chef Marco Coppola and his wife Jessica. A true luxury to have a restaurant of this standing in Trevignano, a cut above all the others. It's not on the lakefront, but you have to go there for the carefully chosen and carefully selected raw materials cooked in an excellent manner. The environment is very nice and warm with large seats that respect the privacy and distance of customers. Very fair prices. All of a very high standard.

12/08/2024: I put one star because it is not possible to put less. Even if the food was average, everything about it is worthy of being told so as to warn those who, like us, find themselves passing through this place. This evening my family and I decided to go and eat a pizza in a cool place due to the great summer heat. Since our usual places were on weekly rest we decided to try this place which, among other things, according to the opening calendar was supposed to be closed and instead we found it open. Upon entering we asked for an open seat and the waiter offered us a seat under a gazebo where, in my opinion, it was not sufficiently ventilated. We asked for the possibility of occupying a table in the garden and it was explained to us that the requested table was only given upon reservation. So we said goodbye to look for another solution. Seeing that we were leaving, the waiter asked his colleague to set the requested table. It seemed like a kind courtesy to us and we decided to stop. After consuming one supplì and one tong each, we asked for the bill and found an unpleasant surprise. My husband immediately noticed that the cover charge, instead of being charged at 2 euros/person, as per the menu, was charged at 4 euros/person. While my daughter noticed that the two 75 cc waters instead of costing 2 euros/each were charged 3 euros/each. When we pointed out what had happened, we were told that the table we occupied cost more. We pointed out that no one had informed us of the increased cost and that the cost on the menu was different. At this point the owner and the kitchen help came out of the kitchen and literally attacked us verbally. We were told that we had forced the boy to set the table and that we were making demands inside his house! In an attempt to explain what really happened, the manager turned his back in an absolutely uncivilized way and said he didn't want to hear from us. We had to threaten to ask for the intervention of the police to enforce the prices displayed. Dishonesty is the memory I will carry with me of this place. None of us asked to be placed in the garden (we were leaving!), when we were offered the table in the garden it would have been correct to inform us of the increased cover price. It would have been our choice to decide whether to stay or not! And the increased cost of water??? We were told that water has a different cost depending on the table it is brought to... ABSURD!

05/08/2024: A really nice location on the shores of Lake Bracciano, perfect for a relaxing and romantic dinner. The staff welcomed us with great courtesy, making us immediately feel like welcome guests. The pinsa was a real delight, rolled out and freshly prepared with excellent quality local raw materials. A culinary experience that culminated with the express tiramisu, freshly prepared with hot espresso coffee: simply super! We will return for sure. Highly recommended!

15/06/2024: Both the stuffed and white and red pizza are VERY GOOD, then do we want to talk about the bread? I take the chia bread...in the absence of spelled or wholemeal, everything is delicious....then there are some "sandwiches" made with white pizza stuffed with vegetables...to be tasted, needless to say on 2 lines. ..I come from Rome and before leaving I place the order.....can I talk about the biscuits??? Well go and taste them, they are special from the Viterbo area....P.S. I'm not the owner but just a long-time customer and they don't give me discounts...try to believe

08/07/2024: Restaurant in an excellent location, ideal for lunch and dinner by the lake. Ample parking. Good food and fast service. Very honest prices. Especially recommended for those who take trips out of town!
