16/08/2024: Dogs are prohibited from entering, I went in to see what the environment was like, but I consider myself lucky not to have eaten there, given the squalor of the environment so I don't dare imagine the kitchen. My dog ​​is grateful, he would certainly have gotten dirty on that floor considering how I keep it clean and tidy.

18/04/2024: Sunday lunch. We sit outside because it was a beautiful day... outside means on an open space that absolutely needs to be tidied up and made usable at least. There were three tables placed at random, to be set. A very kind boy served us for goodness sake... But all dirty with food and with the bandana and kitchen jacket.... But how do you get the chef to serve you??? We had the cut made again, it also had an old salad next to it, which they called a side dish.. The only dish that made it worth it were the kebabs, which were very good. I give 3 stars only because the chef was very nice in his service, at least he tried.

15/04/2024: Dopo aver fatto delle ricerche on-line decidiamo di prenotare presso questo ristorante per la formula all you can eat arrosticini che pubblicizza on-line su vari siti ma solo al momento dell'ordine ci viene detto che la formula all you can eat non c'è più nulla incontrario ai cambiamenti di strategia di mercato che un titolare di esercizio commerciale voglia adottare...ma ciò se non erro si chiama PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE

11/08/2024: Defining a large fry (€18) as three small fried fish (dried and very cooked), a normal prawn and a small squid with a mountain of julienne fried vegetables is a bit excessive. If I can afford the fish, I would cook it less, it will spoil, I would add at least 6 more and 2-3 prawns. I would remove the vegetables, they have no meaning with fried fish.

06/07/2024: We were yesterday with friends, then very nice location on the terrace, very kind but a little slow service, we finished eating at midnight from 9.35 pm order, the food not bad, the fish menu at 35 euros, excellent starters and the risotto with scampi cream, the spaghetti bad, almost raw, the frying Ni, the mussels under-seasoned in my opinion, a 4 out of 5

23/06/2024: Despite being from Tivoli, it had been several years since we ate pizza and supplì from the historic pizzeria al taglio in Via del Trevio. I must say that after some time the pizza is always very good, not to mention the "legendary" supplì. Quality at decidedly low prices. Super recommended!!!

15/08/2024: We went on mid-August, excellent lunch with mixed hot and cold appetizers, two first courses, plenty of roast meat, ice cream, fruit and drinks. All very good. The only thing to improve is the slightly slow service. But the price is also 5 out of 5

I can say for those who eat Roman dishes it's ideal as the starters are based on mixed cold cuts with hot dishes, tripe, ox tail, and once you've eaten the starter you're already full... not to mention the first courses and the second courses??? in short, Colle Paciocco is a truly special place for those who like to eat and drink wine from the house of Oleavano Romano..

29/08/2024: Pleasant lunch break after the visit to Villa d'Este, with tables in the outdoor area of ​​the pedestrian square. Menu with typical and good quality dishes. Kind service and honest prices (first courses €10). I only suggest adding a "local" white wine (e.g. a Pecorino) to the glass in addition to the "national" ones, for a correct pairing with Gricia and Cacio&Pepe (excellent).
