26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. Place recommended by a friend who evidently didn't know about it. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, especially considering that it is under new management. I should have photographed my plate of gricia which left me speechless: very small and ridiculous portion. The lemon scallops were inedible for me and it hasn't happened for a long time that I haven't been able to eat something. Grilled vegetables without texture. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently finished: few arrive and to compensate they had filled the void with french fries, without giving an explanation, without an excuse which would have at least been a sign of good will. Undrinkable coffee. Dry bread. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother, I presume the owner and to whom the new restaurant "Rea Silvia" was dedicated, this is the new name of the restaurant, mistreated by her son who called her rudely between the tables and among the customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all things this was the worst and saddest. Understanding for the lady who is the only thing I save in part of this place because she was kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers have objected), we only discovered the cost of the dishes at the end because there was no menu and, the icing on the cake, you could only pay in cash and this is truly unacceptable. 27 euros for not eating anything. 12 euros for a grill that was non-existent. I hope that these criticisms will help you improve since you are just starting out because you cannot treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even a lot.

16/05/2025: Went to this nice bistro for the second time. Love the little alley it is located in and the staff is really friendly :) The Pasta Carbonara could use a little bit of salt for me. But that's just my personal opinion

03/05/2025: A cozy pub in a shady alley, a great place to rest and have lunch after visiting Villa d'Este, a short menu, but very good food, grappa and a cold beer 😀

01/06/2025: Sono venuta insieme a mia madre e abbiamo chiesto una pinsa provola e PANCETTA. Ci è arrivata una pinsa con il prosciutto crudo 😐. Neanche per dire che si sono confusi perché nel menu non è presente nessuna pinsa con il prosciutto crudo. Inoltre l'impasto della pinsa surgelato palese e lo nascondono dai kili di formaggio che rendono tutto difficile da masticare .Il drink palese industriale con uno spicchio di lime.

01/06/2025: I came with my mother and we asked for a pinsa provola and PANCETTA. We got a pinsa with raw ham 😐. Not to mention that they got confused because there is no pinsa with raw ham on the menu. Also, the frozen dough for the pinsa is obvious and they hide it with kilos of cheese that make it hard to chew. The drink is obvious industrial with a lime wedge.

29/07/2025: Farmhouse with a welcoming atmosphere, everything good.

29/07/2025: The pool was beautiful, the only drawback was that it didn't have cable TV or internet.

22/08/2025: Terrible service, bearded guy at the McDrive was very rude and surly. Unprofessional and uninterested in his work. I recommend a reassessment of the staff.

16/08/2025: I'd like to commend the guy taking orders at the McDonald's Drive-Thru and his manager, who recently, on August 15th, handled with exemplary professionalism some disrespectful, rude, and even dumb customers who couldn't even scan a QR code from the app during a seven-minute wait! I have every respect for everyone who works at this McDonald's.

07/07/2025: Simple, local restaurant. A great place to eat local dishes at a good price, away from the tourist crowd. The service was very friendly, making it possible to understand each other without speaking Italian. They served us delicious wine and a spectacular crustasta.

06/06/2025: Very helpful staff, generous pasta and more than reasonable prices.

30/03/2025: A spritz and a non-alcoholic cocktail (identical to Santal's pineapple and coconut fruit juice) paid 18 euros. The menu has prices, then you go to the cashier and discover that the prices have magically increased and the receipt doesn't show what I ordered but only the total. Never again.

05/02/2025: We celebrated my wife's birthday here. We found the food excellent, the drinks very good, and the music fantastic. Special thanks to Marco, who was immediately kind and helpful. The chef was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great help in choosing the menu. We will definitely be back for an evening with friends, and maybe even for our next birthday.

08/06/2025: Per quanto riguarda la location bella l'esterno ma nel ristorante si è patito il caldo (nel 2025 ancora questi problemi). Climatizzatori inutili forse stavano meglio quelli col solo ventilatore. Quanto al cibo, con menù concordato, l'unico interesse del ristorante è nel venderti altro vino con bottiglie che partono da 22 euro l'una... Su quello debbo dire che c'è stata molta attenzione dei camerieri. Arrosticini (n.2) al limite del mangiabile. Saluti e a mai più.

03/05/2025: Da piccola ci portava la nonna paterna, a distanza di diversi anni ci sono ritornata con il mio compagno. Location immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, accoglienza ottima, servizio veloce e cibo super. Prezzi giusti per la qualità delle pietanze. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Lo consiglio!

12/08/2025: Sitting down after a tour of the Villa, I ordered a still water and two lemon sodas, and they recommended their much-vaunted "fresh lemonade." In the end, two glasses of tap water with a few drops of lemon and a bottle of hot tap water arrived, all for the modest sum of €12. This is a typical tourist trap and should be avoided.

07/08/2025: A good place for a meal after a visit to Villa D'Este. The pasta and veal steak are good. The natural lemon and orange juices are mixed with water.
