29/06/2025: In Ladispoli there are fast food restaurants, in Ladispoli you will find a lot of junk food, in Ladispoli you will find many places to eat, most of which do not deserve a second visit. Then there is Red and Black. Which with well thought out combinations, with passion, with precision and with raw materials of absolute quality makes pinsa, hamburgers, sandwiches and anything else that will leave you speechless. A menu that satisfies any need and a professionalism that is almost impossible to find in these parts. Go there, do yourself this favor or order from their website if you live in those parts. The place stays open until late at night, another choice that will pay off in the medium term. The prices are perfectly consistent with the quality of the raw materials and we know that quality has to be paid for. But compared to the mediocrity that is found around, Red and Black is a rare bird in a suffocating gastronomic panorama like that of Ladispoli. Well done, really well done! Don't give up!

22/07/2025: We arrive at this very nice place, we browse the menu, and choose a zero-mile burger for the kids. It's overpriced at 20 euros for 90 grams of meat, but the meat itself is nothing special. My husband orders a roast served with peas and blanched potatoes. I'm sorry to say it, but it tastes like something out of a hospital. In fact, he didn't eat it and sent it back (I have to be honest, they didn't credit this dish to our bill). My pasta with mushrooms and sausages had something unconvincing about it. I'm surprised by the people there. Either they don't know how to eat, or, like us, it was their first time (since it was so obvious they came from the sea). I'm sorry to say it, but I felt "robbed" for the food they were offering in the area. There are definitely better ones.

06/07/2025: We celebrated our daughter's third birthday at this beautiful Grigliata Contadina and it was a wonderful evening! I gave Valentina carte blanche for the organization and I couldn't have made a better choice: excellent food, a well-kept and welcoming location, attentive, kind and always present service. All the guests were enthusiastic, and our little birthday girl literally fell in love with the arrosticini and the spectacular cake! A very successful party, without stress, full of warmth and authentic flavors. A heartfelt thanks to Valentina, Alessandro and the entire team for their professionalism, availability and smile. We will definitely be back!
