If there's a hare sauce like the one they use for their pappardelle, if you discover that tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms and truffle can reach previously unrivaled heights, if even orecchiette with broccoli and sausage threaten the primacy of the first two, if you find yourself enjoying the ultimate grilled spareribs, if even potatoes and chicory are worth the trip, if finally you close the circle with "THE" grandmother's cake, the cry springs forth spontaneously: there is still hope!

02/01/2026: As a celiac, I can say this place is truly fantastic! Delicious carbonara, appetizers for everyone, delicious gluten-free bread, and delicious homemade gluten-free desserts!
01/01/2026: We stopped in for dinner by chance. The place was lovely and the owner was fantastic! The food was excellent. We had Roman-style artichokes, cacio e pepe, tripe, and a fried egg. Last but not least, two desserts, both delicious: torta paradiso and chocolate, pear, and chili pepper cake. I highly recommend it!

18/10/2025: Excellent bakery and excellent pizza by the slice of any flavor, in the morning you can have a good breakfast and wonderful pastries sitting at the tables of the place. What can I say, 5 stars deserved for me.
